Dump for people not staying here is now $20. The sites are extremely variable so try to get a picture. I was first in site 46, unseen. It is built into a hill with retaining walls on three sides. I then picked 47 which is parallel to the road with your door on the road but my windows are on the other side, which overlooks a bluff down to the river. If you just look out that side it is like you are the only one there, perfect! Good Verizon. One grocery store extremely close and a Kroger not far away. Campground very well cared for.

We live near this excellent state park and visit often but this was our first stay with our new camper. We thought it was nice. Spaces are far enough apart to afford a little privacy. Beautiful trees and well cared for grounds. Clean enough bathrooms. Dump station with easy to access.

As others have said, very nice park. Sites are paved and kept very clean and level. Smaller sites have great privacy. There is an abundance of wildlife. Deer, various birds, and otters. Some great views on the short trails by the water. Hard to believe they maintain a park like this primarily on donations.

Nice park at reasonable price. But right next to train tracks with trains blasting their horns throughout the night. Also is close enough to the interstate to hear the trucks.

Large park with nice features. Decent sites, clean showers that are totally self contained. $20.48 for seniors. Water, electric and sewer. No internet. Good at &t service. Quite full on Sun. Early Oct. Most sites do not have screening between. Hilly but most site level.

Site sizes vary, check length x width to ensure your rig will fit. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean bathhouses, hot showers. No dish washing sink or laundry. Nice playground. Super trail along the lake shore.

Beautiful park with lots of fun things to do. Super clean bathhouse with private bathrooms, each with its own shower and toilet. Adorable camp registration built from downed trees in site, well maintained park, super nice and helpful staff. Definitely recommend. Site 84 was a good one.

27.00 a night with water and electric, just arrived to nice clean level site, easy dump on way in, the bath house near us in site B39 consists of 4 private bathrooms with good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. We extended our stay from 5 to 8 nights. Will explore the hiking and biking trails and maybe rent some kayaks and fish a little if the fall weather allows.

Our heavily shaded site was a fairly level mix of asphalt, gravel and dirt. Very few sites can accommodate large RV's like our 35 ft 5th wheeler. It is a pretty park with lots of activities available: boating, bicycling, hiking, a swimming pool and a golf course. The bath houses are modern. Verizon cell service is good.

Beware-sites r VERY small. We have a 20 ft camper and had a choice of 10 spots for a one night stay and only 1 cud accommodate our small camper. Sites r shaded. Very pretty, clean lake for swimming-but no beach. Pool has limited hours. Wide variety of boats to rent. Wish they wud have emptied the trash more.
