The crew were very nice and so helpful. Loved the campground! Enjoyed waking to the sounds of the creek outside our window in the morning. We didn’t use many of the facilities but the convenient location, courteous help and peaceful surroundings make it a favorite option for any future returns. I will actually miss this place.

It’s a smaller quiet campground (which we love). Our site had a creek running right behind it. It was nice to listen at night and to have our morning coffee beside. The pool area was very nice. Besides the pool there was a kiddie pool and jacuzzi. The noise from the highway was not that bad.the trolley stop outside the park was great for going into Gatlinburg. The owner was super friendly.

We were traveling in a 45 ‘ coach. The site was fine for the coach limited space for our Toad. Luckily the campground was not crowded which gave us additional space. Campground is very clean and well kept. Trolley stop at campground. Unfortunately all of the trollies are just above campground. This results in a lot of noise between 6-7 AM.

Older campground. Very well maintained. Kinda a mom and pop run operation. Very friendly staff. Office hours are very short during the day. Some of the spaces are a little tight for big rigs specifically a little tight for parking your tow vehicle. But if your in a medium size rig, 38 and under, you’ll be golden. Grocery store almost right across the street. Trolly stop at front of campground for ride into gatlinburg. Very mature trees here so it’s very shady! Very quiet as well in the park. A little highway noise once in a while.

This is a beautiful campground with big shady trees and a sparkling clean pool that is maintained at 80°. There is also a good size hot tub, connected to people over 16 years old. Right at the driveway to the park is a trolley stop to get in and around Gatlinburg. Gatlinburg is horribly crowded.

Very nice park! Paved level spots with cement pads, rest room/shower is great and very clean and modern. Trolley to Gatlinburg stops at park entrance.

We stayed here with three other couples for 7-8 weeks! We are full-time RVers and were grateful to have nice place to hunker down during COVID. We did not go into town but did enjoy hiking in the area. The Nelson’s were great! Bill can sure direct the big RVs into their sites! Steve, was helpfuand friendly. I loved the porch rockers while doing laundry. The trolley into town stops right by the park. We will be back.

We had a great time here over Memorial Day week. We had a creek site and it was great to relax outside listening to the creek bubbling away. Our site (18) was completely level but with levelers it worked out. The resort has a hot tub and pool, playground and bathhouse. The store has the basic necessities if you run out and the porch with rocking chairs is a nice place to relax during the afternoon showers that blew through. Overall - nice place to stay and close to Gatlinburg and GSMNP. We will be staying here again this Fall.

Bill was very accommodating and helpful. Resort is very well maintained and clean. There are rules, but nothing obnoxious and all are in the interest of keep you and your fellow campers comfortable. Never went to bath house, so I cannot give feed back. The location is convenient to Gatlinburg without being in the hustle and bustle. We would return. We are 61 feet long and fit in a back in spot with no problem.

This park was just that. A park setting complete with bubbling creek and beautiful shrubbery. The lots are level and clean and the owner provides lots of extras right there on site for reasonable fees. We will stay again when traveling this way.
