We found the campground and sites had the strangest set up. All vehicles, campers, trailers have to be parked on the road, on the pavement in front of your campsite. The picnic table and tent pad (if there is one) are placed just off the paved road. It is not very welcoming and we felt crowded with our neighbors as if we were parked in a suburban neighborhood roadway. Basic campground with no amenities. No showers, no electricity, no firewood. This is a small campground so no first come first serve. Reservation must be made with rec.gov even on same-day arrival. Bathrooms are flush and very clean. 1/2 mile walk or drive to a great sunset viewing spot at the picnic area.

What a breath of fresh mountain air! Quiet, cool in the summer at 5,000+ elevation, birds singing, and shade. Nice tent pads. I芒鈧劉m in a 16芒鈧劉 trailer with solar panels. Dishwashing station with 2 deep sinks and flush toilets and lavatory in restroom. Danny, the camp host, is awesome冒鸥鈥樎嵜芭嘎徛

A very nice simi primitive campground with water and flush toilets. Lots of bear proof trash bins and bear boxes for tent campers. Very quiet. Nice tent pads.
