Nice place to stay right off I-40. Nice pool. Bathrooms are horrible. Badly in need of remodel.

90 degrees and 50 amp service for the section kept tripping. No site breakers. Power receptacle held together and mounted with plastic wire ties. (First clue) As others mentioned, my surge suppressor did it's job and protected me from low voltage. Very disappointing to advertise 50 amp service but not have the service. Staying here for convenience of travel. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN.

Nice little park to spend one night. The management were super sweet and the road noise wasn't to bad for being just off the interstate. As mentioned in the previous review our electric had issues. It went from 119 to 103 when using the air and our surge protector kept us from using the air conditioner. Other than that I like staying here and would stay again. I stayed in a 30 foot TT.

Easy on and off location with fuel stop. One area of concern is the electric. I was in a back in site #37. There was no circuit breaker in the electrical box only a 30 amp outlet. The voltage went from 108 to 136. I unhooked and use my battery power. Good for a quick overnight, but there are seasonals there as well.

We are truck campers and wanted an RV Park with toilets and showers. Judging from the bathroom decor it was built in the late 50’s or early 60’s and not much has been done to it since then. I’m okay with old but old and not well maintained is something else. I’m not saying it wasn’t clean....to a point..... but the vintage vinyl flooring was patched with duct tape or ripped or patched with an all together different type of flooring. Of 4 shower stalls, one didn’t have a door and none of the doors latched and locked. Two of the shower walls were repaired with wooden painted patches. The bathrooms were “clean “ but how do you clean ripped vinyl and wooden shower stall areas. In all fairness if you’re in a self contained unit and only need hook ups then this is a pretty place and might fine. The staff and owner were friendly. It obviously didn’t meet my expectations.

Cute little park run by an older couple, very friendly and helpful, gravel sites mostly level, full hook-up, free wifi, no cable but free tv for local channels, set back from I-40 so fairly quiet. stayed one night, but would work longer to explore the area. highly recommend.

Staff was very helpful and super nice. Easy to find. The road in was in very good condition and the site was clean and easy to get into. Great for an over night stay. There is interstate noise but.... you did chose a rv park beside the interstate.

Fair prices, clean, quiet and shaded gravel/grass campsites. 50 Amp. OTA TV plus Internet Access with ATT Mobley. Owners friendly and accommodating. Only complaints: power hook up too close to the ground and access road/driveway could use attention. Cash or check only, no credit card. We’ll stop again.

This is a very nice overnight stop as we were traveling north up to Ohio from Texas. The owner is extremely nice and pleasant and made us feel at home. We were travelling in a 36’ 5th wheel and were able to move around with no problem. Be aware that the electric hook-ups are very close to the ground (less than 1 ft).; so, if you have a power monitoring device, it may be a challenge hooking it up. Sites are gravel/grass and not perfectly level; but our auto-leveling system had no issues. Easy on/off from the highway; although the road into the campsite could use a little more gravel to smooth out the road a little.

VERY RUDE STAFF. Called to make reservation for 4 weeks (needing place to camp until utilities are run on our new property so we can move camper to it). The woman working the phone made it clear we were not allowed to rent a site because "we are locals" and that we would be a noise vioation and be bringing people (friends/family/ect) into the camp grounds. This woman stated that usually she does not rent long term to anyone other than TVA workers and made it clear she had a preassumption about us. We are in our mid-30s and building our new property but just need a place to stay with rv hookups until we can move onto our new land. I was not rude to her at all and she hung up on me when i tried to explain to her that we have no intentions of causing any trouble in her park, just a place to sleep while we get our work done. This RV park was only 5 minutes from our new land so would have been both convenient for us and profitable for Joy-O RV park, but it seems we are not the kind of people they want in their park. She also did not realise she hadn't hang up the phone before proceeding to talk trash to someone about us "not getting the point" that she is not renting to us. Rude and so very unprofessional!!
