Great for an overnight stay. 2 miles off I75. Has water & electric; dump sight at entrance. Beautiful, quiet park, well maintained, getting to big rig spots includes a few tighter curves but not terrible (we unhooked before driving through the campground). Trees were trimmed well enough to accommodate big rigs. Also has concrete picnic tables and fire ring, and plenty of space to park toad. We stayed in 45’ class a motorhome with tow vehicle. Would stay again.

Very nicely kept and quiet park. Close to I-75 but far enough that we did not hear any noise from the Interstate. There was good Verizon cell service. We did not use the restrooms. Some sites are not level at all, so ask when you are making reservation. The lady who took my reservation was friendly and extremely helpful. They do give discounts to seniors. We drive a 42’ DP and have large slides on each side. The site we had #87 which was wide and did not have trees to interfere with the satellite. A lot of the campsites are wedged into the mature trees. We had 30 amp electricity and water. There is a dump as you exit the campsites. Check in was very seamless and fast. We would definitely stay here again.

I really liked this park. We booked the same day by calling in. Very friendly staff helped us. We could have arrived up to 10 PM as a walk-in but then we would have disturbed the person on call. Only 2 other RVs there (it was February). So close to the freeway but so far away to be in nature. We were conveniently located near the heated and very clean bathrooms. By the water would have been better if self contained. They took America the Beautiful. Would certainly stay here again in a heartbeat.

The sites that we had- our son and daughter-in-law with grandkids were camping with us, was 39 and 41 I believe. There was good Verizon cell service. We enjoyed all of the walking/biking trails at this campground. We did not use the restrooms at all because of Covid19. The site 39 was not level at all. If you are planning on this site, bring lots of leveling blocks.

Very pretty and well kept park. I camped here many times as a teenager but 1st time as an adult. All of the Rangers are super friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and the grounds are all very pretty. Just a few feet from the water. Hopefully I’ll be back here in the fall but will definitely be back!

Typical state park ... low 22 amps for 30 amp hookup, no sewer . Older park , sites are mostly level some are not. Quiet and safe . Good value for your stay . #HisRoadTrip www dot HisRoadTrip dot com

We just parked, walked a little and left in the morning. Very nice park. Gravel sites. Very good price. Verizon 2 dot LTE. Close to the interstate. My antenna pulled in about 14 channels over the air. All things considered, it's a good deal.
