I give this KOA 2 stars because I have stayed at multiple KOAs on my trip across the United States and this is definitely one of the worst ones for giving me a spot that basically has a pull through traffic spot next to it. I stayed a week at this KOA and I wish I would not have. They left the spot next to me empty I’m guessing so the other guests in the park have a cut though to the pool and other activities . Like tonight they had fireworks and every person drove there golf cart or side by side threw the empty spot. I find this really disrespectful to me as I paid good money to stay at this park but got shorted on the spot for some reason . I saw they put the pick nick tables in the empty spots but not in the one next to me wonder why?? I will definitely be telling everybody I know to avoid this park if at all possible. As they don’t treat everyone alike.

Wow! We had to make an unexpected overnight stop on our way South, so glad we did it here! Spots easy to access, amenities for the kiddos to unwind after a long day of travel, helpful employees, and pretty country/mountain views. They even sold wings and pizza for an easy dinner.

Very nice, quiet campground in the country side yet convenient to 81. Friendly hosts, well kept grounds and sites with trees and grass. Our site was long and level so we could stay hooked up for one-night stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful campground. We only had the change to stay overnight unfortunately. The grounds were amazingly clean. The staff were friendly. The sites were close but I was ok with that for the views. The place has a great kids area & it’s well kept & safe. We will be back!

A nicely kept park, close to I-81, but away from interstate noise. Sites are a bit close, but fine for a short visit. Propane is filled if you put your tank out at your site, and trash is picked up at your site. Clean restrooms and laundry. KOA prices, but would stay here again. Owners and staff friendly and helpful. Helped us find someone to change our truck oil the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend.

We live about 40 miles up the road, staying here for 4 nights alongside my brother and and his wife. My brother, who full times, just came from a nightmare RV site (for a week) in Chattanooga and is very thankful for this RV park.
Perfect park for meeting up and acclimating to a new RV.
Level gravel sites, nice grass and enough space between sites, great full hookups and very clean restrooms/showers/laundry are just some of the features. Large pull through sites for motor homes are available as well as back-ins. All sites have 30 amp and 50% of the sites are 50 amp. Lots of trees but many sites with smaller shade trees and a few with no trees, for those who don't like trees.
The amenities are plentiful and the grounds are well kept and immaculate. They have three ponds, catch & release fishing, a golf driving range, nice grassy dog area with bags, a salt water pool, ladder and horseshoes, a mining sluice, hiking trail, barbecue and fire pits, and a pavilion. The hilly treed grassy terrain ensures some serenity to any hectic day.
Management is welcoming, professional and informative. We have no complaints!
Cost was $35.40 per night with Good Sam and Passport America. We will be back, probably next month, with our friends who pick up their RV next week.
