We spent 32 days at this campground and have been all over the Black Hills and no other campgrounds even come close! Live this place.

Our goto spot when we’re in South Dakota. Great little campground with super friendly staff. We’ve been here multiple times, and we will certainly come back. Easy in and out for large rigs, and close enough to all the attractions, while still getting that quiet private campground feel.

Most incredible staff! They could not be more welcoming and cordial. They sought every opportunity to assist. I mentioned needing propane and I was told to just set the tank out and they would pickup and bring back. Very clean public areas. Spaces would be a touch small if they were full, but nothing unusual at campgrounds around Sturgis. Since they were not full when we stayed they spread everyone out.

Staff deserves five stars. Very nice beer garden with live music. Front RV spots were close. Very little space between camp spots. Bathrooms were clean but needed updated . Premium spots are real nice. Road was rough getting to them. All in all the stay was great and would stay there again.

We have been on the road for two weeks, and this was the nicest spot we have stayed yet. We had a level shady site close to the main buildings and pool. Had a lovely swim and hottub before our bbq dinner, then went to the bar for the weekly jam session which was great fun. Lovely staff, lovely grounds. Hope to be back this way again some day.

We loved our stay at this campground. It's the best of both worlds....full hookups and the feeling of being in the Black Hills National Forrest. Our site was in the back, backed up to the National Forrest. We were mostly all alone back there. A couple of other rigs came and went during our week long stay. Our site was not level but we were able to use blocks and our leveling system to get level. The Wifi was really good from our site, no OTA television reception but we did get sattelite reception, Verizon phone service had a strong signal. The campground was clean, well maintained, staff was friendly. We didn't use the laundry or Bathouse facilities but based upon the meticulously kept sounds I expect they were also meticulously kept. We would definitely stay in this park again. We loved it!

Over rated. Campsites not level. There is no excuse for that. Management is unfriendly and overbearing. WiFi poor even with few people here. No OTA.

Otherwise is peacefull and better than others.
