We stayed for a month. We had a site in the West Campground. We were in a long paved back-in site. We had plenty of room but you are up against a fence and a busy road with no trees. The older side has big trees but sites are not as level. But you have some interstate noise. Some of the sites in the west campground are just like being in a parking lot. That being said, the staff is very friendly and helpful. And it is a great place for seeing Sioux Falls, which I highly recommend. There is so much to do in Sioux Falls. They have great bike trails. Our car was in shop while we were there and we were able to buy groceries using our bicycles. And visit the fairground by bike for activities plus access many of the bike trails

We liked it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities met our needs. Property was nice and for us the east access to Sioux Falls bike paths was key. We had a big biking adventure.
The freeway is right there so it can be loud. Other than that, it was all good.

WOW! Last reviewed in 2017 and now it has new owners. Sites are the same but more long term residence and much older RVs. Women’s facilities are in need of repair, door lock doesn’t work and bungee cord holding up shower head. It appears to have fallen in care of yards and trees. So much so that we don’t think we will return, instead check out other options. Here’s hoping that the new owners make the effort to improve the park

We only stayed one night and we stayed in a tiny pull through spot that would only be two or three stars, but most of the park is much nicer. The south section of the park is practically a different place from the North/front section, where we were, but we made our reservation only a day or two before and took a pull through since we planned on being in and out.

Sorry but would not recommend. We stayed one night going cross country. It’s right off I-35 and the interstate noise was really loud and constant. There’s no sitting outside. The evening was cool and we didn’t need AC but turned it on anyway. Quite unpleasant. Check in staff was nice, but sites are close together, almost all are back-in, and you’re right up against your back neighbor. There are lots of shade trees, and watch out for the tricky u-turn to get in.

Only if you need a stop for the night would I recommend this place. Very noisy from the highway, and spots are close. They do have a small fenced dog park. Didn’t use the shower so can’t comment on those. It serves it’s purpose for us as a pit stop.

Very nice level paved sites. Nice clean bathrooms. Nice staff. Fairly close to interstate and is good spot for one night or one week. Be aware of location entrance being on busy road- we had to turn around and come back to turn in safely.

This is an excellent park. The sites are large and paved, with grass alongside. Very easy to get to and close to downtown. The gal who greeted was friendly and very helpful, Only suggest would be that they add shelf/bench in the showers. Otherwise showers were great, ample size and strong, hot water.

Stayed here as it was recommended to us and good reviews. This is a really great RV park, friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location to all the attractions, and shopping. We stayed a week and didn't notice the freeway noise (even had the windows open all night) the occasional jet but that isn't something anyone can control. Clean well maintained facilities and easy to park, so yes we are already planning trip back

We chose this park for its easy access to the Sioux Falls Bike Trail (just head east on 12th Street sidewalk and go about half a mile). We stayed here for a week in a 40 ft MH. Cost: $198. Our back-in site also accommodated our 20ft cargo trailer on the adjacent parking pad. There are two pull through sites but neither was available. Some sites have extra grassy space between them which you cannot see on the map including the sites across from us - 212 and 211 for example. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The bathrooms and laundry room are very clean. Yes, there is highway noise. But the cicadas almost drown that out during the day. We had windows closed and AC running so it was not really an issue at night. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we are in Sioux Falls.
