Reservations and site selection is now through the Campspots app. We arrived around 7:45 in the evening. The camp host told us that we could reserve our site and pay through the app.
The campground is well off the highway in a nice park area.
We didn’t use the amenities but enjoyed the quiet.

Great place for an overnight. Quiet with fairly large gravel sites with picnic tables. There is a large community pool at the same park as the campground. There is only one restaurant in town and it’s closed on Mondays. The American Legion is open only for events.

Will definitely stay here again!
Stayed here in my campervan. Very quiet at night.
Was $25 for water and electric. There’s a cafe within walking distance.

The city park is a nice stopover for a night while traveling I90. The electric/water hookups are great. Dave, the campground host was there to meet us when we pulled in. We Called ahead of time to ask for a pull through spot and he said no problem! For $25 it was just what we needed for the night! Thanks to the city of Montrose!! Job well done!

Great quiet place to stay for an overnight. Even have a small community pool where you can swim. Level sites, water and electric for $25. Can beat it!

Great city park for $20. Quiet. Water, electric. Clean toilets with showers. Sweet little town. Easy on & off.

We stayed here for one night in 2017 and are planning on stopping this year for a night. It is a great little quiet city campground. We felt very safe and there was lots of room to walk with our dog. This is a great way to support a wonderful American small town.

Great and quite small town park. Fairly level spots would give five stars but several electrical boxes broken we only could find a site with 20 amp service. Stayed in 28 foot trailer.

I was very disappointed in our stay at this campground this year, the grass was not mowed, and the bathrooms were not clean! There was a rusty nail in the kiddy pool and the lifeguards were paying more attention to their phones then they were the kids!!

We love this spot! We stayed only one night. It is a city park in a country setting. The town population is less than 500! It was super quiet all night long. We felt very safe too. Water and electric worked well. There is a shower house, in ground pool and play area too.
Gravel pull throughs and back ins. Fire rings. Pay by honor system. There is a box on the shower house with envelopes and a mail slot to leave your payment in.
We will definitely use this spot again when passing through in the future.
