Absolutely lovely KOA. Camped in 43’ toyhauler and the pull through was long and level so that we did need to unhook. Lot of shade with mature well pruned trees. Will stay again on our travels easy/west. Hosts were gracious and friendly.

Lovely park with friendly staff. I stayed two days. Park is quite and all sites are pull thru. I highly recommend.

The friendliest staff I have encountered at a campground! The sites are level and well maintained. We are in a 40ft motorhome and it was easy to drive through. The bathrooms are surprisingly gorgeous and looks as though they have recently been remodeled. Rain fall showers were a real treat with beautiful tile. I wish we couldve stayed longer just based on the staff alone. We were only on a quick stay for a power drive to VA. I would definitely stay again!!!

What a gem if a campground! Quiet, clean, shaded, beautiful, flat and spacious. A shop loaded with camping treasures, staffed with the BEST, friendliest, happy, helpful and outgoing employees ever. Sad we couldn’t stay longer!

We are KOA members and have stayed in numerous KOA’s. This park is under new ownership and they are fantastic. We were met with very friendly office, new owner, and they did everything extra to meet my request for a satellite friendly site, even changing my site with another cooperative camper. They are hard working and it shows! Clean, great campground with great amenities! Will always stay here when traveling in area!!

A wonderful place and with even more wonderful (new) owners! This was a quick overnight stay for us as we passed through toward the Black Hills. We met the new owners upon arrival, and they were very accommodating and incredibly friendly. In talking with them, we learned they just bought the campground in February and it needed a lot of updates, so they’ve been working on updates constantly since then. After they escorted us to our site, we set up and settled in. Upon visiting their camp store and restrooms, we could tell that this was a unique place with a lot of special details, such as colorful mosaic sinks and mirrors, ceiling-installed shower heads and a metallic/copper textured wall in the restrooms, and special touches such as a Keurig coffee maker with a selection of coffees (along with the typical necessities and souvenirs) in the camp store. Finally, seeing how they interacted with guests - like they were longtime friends - made it feel homey and welcoming. They have something special at this KOA and I’d drive extra miles just to stay here if I’m the area again.

Nice clean and very level gravel sites. Stayed 2 nights on our way to the Badlands and Yellowstone. Stephanie,Mark and staff are wonderful hard working people. Highly recommended

Enjoyed our stay! Site was level for our camper van. Restrooms were clean. Nice hot water for showers and plenty of room for changing in a private area.

Stayed here two nights while we explored the area on our way to the Black Hills. Wonderful camp. Kids enjoyed the pool, the playground, and sandpit. They have tricycle bikes for rent that they also enjoyed. The showers were very clean. Nice shaded sites. Would definitely stay here again.

Would have given 5 star if sites were a bit more spaced out. That being said, what an unexpected surprise. Chose this campground for a one night stop without having prior reservations. Jerry the owner was very kind and where can you find a KOA pull through for $35 a night. We were not full hookup as they were sold out but what a treat to have a shaded campground in 102 degree weather. Also a pool and putt putt golf to boot. Site was level we had to do nothing but put stabilizers down. I’m not sure why people are bad mouthing this campground though I did notice most are old reviews. Do yourself a favor, book at this KOA I know would definitely come back if I’m in the area.
