Nice small park. Sites small and som of them like 8e are laid out strangely. Hiking trails are great and well marked. Host was fantastic and moved us to a nice site. Great for overnight 5dw9rs

Great campsite. Hosts do a great job. Park and facilities are all clean and litter free.

Very nice spot. Warning: almost none of the sites are close to level. If being level is important to you - be prepared to do some fussing with blocks, etc. Especially challenging in RVs where you are leveling with your drive wheels - you may need quite a few blocks depending on the site. It’s my only complaint - other than that a beautiful park. Oh, and sites 10 and 11 are right next to the smelly dumpsters and bright bathroom lights. Best to go towards the middle or west side of the park if you want to avoid those.

Beautiful and unexpected high in the hill with great views. Nice hiking trails, playground. Beautiful trees. Electric sites with water and dump available in season. Bathrooms closed 4/28, but camp is neat and clean. Back in with fire pit and table. Not level, but not too bad and easy fix. Great quiet overnight with just a bit of highway noise and the sounds of birds all around.

Sweet little campground we stayed at in mid October. Hate to pay that day use fee over and above the campground fee when we get in late and leave early... such is life. Didn’t see anything in the park but they had wonderful, heated handicap- style bathrooms w shower/sink/toilet. Love these bathrooms!! And electric hookups: so we stayed cozy in the brisk fall weather.

This is the place I chose as my very first time tent camping. I was only there one night (7/13). The campground hosts were very friendly and helpful. The camp was very quiet although it looked to be pretty full. I enjoyed watching all of the fireflies while I laid in my tent. The only reason I knocked a star off of my review is because the ground was pretty uneven and I had a hard time sleeping. I do plan on coming back again, but I will just make sure to have better sleeping arrangements! I had tent space #4.

Nice campground that is easy to navigate. The park host is a very nice gentleman. I was just looking for overnight so I was disappointed in the cost and you must have a registration which looks to be nothing but another fee as you can do it after you arrive.
Camp fee. $17.95
Non resident. $ 7.00
Park user fee. $ 4.00
Registration $ 2.00
Total. $31.95

A very nice, quiet, shady place to stay. We loved the camp hosts. They were very friendly. We had a nice, fairly large pull-through site. We were in #8. There was no water, but the faucet wasn't too far away. An easy trip with a jerry can. The dump station was down the hill probably about a quarter of a mile or so, but nice and clean. It worked well with a portable waste tank. The campsite is on the side of a large hill so the wind can pick up at times. Nice hiking trails and a horse camp nearby. Overall we LOVED it and will definitely be back again.

What a lovely little park! On a treed bluff far enough off the freeway to be so quiet, great stars at night. Bathrooms and clean, modern, showers, just a perfect place. We stayed in site 19e which has water as well as electric. Hosts say campground rarely fills up at night.

This little gem is at exit #31 off Hwy 29. Nice campsites with a very clean bathroom/shower comfort station.
