Sweet little spot, we had it all to ourselves for our first night then a few hunters came. It was quite and peaceful, we filled our tank with the water spigot which was easy to find at the end not far from the bathrooms which we didn’t use. Roads a little bumpy and muddy, but easy to get to mt pleasant which has everything, lots of great hiking and historic sites, we enjoyed eating at Seewee Restaurant down the road a bit, fresh seafood. Enjoy,

Sweet little spot, was hard to find at night because there are no markers on Rutledge road. After the road becomes non-paved, you have to make your first left , then you'll find it a few hundred yards ahead. If you go straight you just go deeper and deeper into forest. The camp is a big grassy field with a well kept outhouse. I haven't found the water supply yet, if it is here. There are about 7 rVs and 3 tents, pretty much all hunters, it seems. Best is its free! And the sounds in the forest are marvelous.
