Location-location-location!! One of only 2 RV parks actually located on the island. This really is a no-tow needed resort. Beautiful gated resort with nice pool area with hot tub, grill offering breakfast and lunch, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, planned activities, pet-friendly with dog park and dog wash area. Each lot is privately owned with outdoor furniture and mature landscaping. Reservation site offers photos of sites available. Immaculately maintained. Everything is close by 鈥� grocery stores, restaurants, bike rental, the beach, a marina, bike path that goes all over the island, FREE trolley, veterinarian, tire and mechanic shop, hardware store, gas stations with access for motorcoaches with toad attached. Propane truck comes into resort once a week. We travel in a 42鈥� Class A towing a Jeep.

Very nice, great location on the island. We had a pretty spot facing the small lake. People were friendly but as mentioned there are lots of rules. I hope we get back here soon. Really enjoyed the island.

Pick up campers beware!!! We were not able to stay here courtesy of a lack of communication and knowledge of park rules amongst the staff. Being our anniversary weekend, and 4th of July weekend our plans got badly messed up. We have a 2020 Lance pick up camper - nothing old, rickety or shoddy - has all the latest bells and whistles. They were well aware we had a pick up camper when we booked, and did not mention that the truck could not be taken out from under the camper芒鈧�娄. Keep in mind it芒鈧�鈩�s a 35min drive into Savannah from Hilton Head - there is no way that we芒鈧�鈩�d have booked with that knowledge. We just happened to call back around 5 days before our arrival to check on their slides rule芒鈧�娄. And that芒鈧�鈩�s when it was mentioned. Long story short they were going to keep our $200 deposit, and only after insisting on talking to the manager - who to be fair called me back later in the day and admitted that they did not state the 芒鈧�藴truck must stay with camper芒鈧�鈩� rule anywhere in their rules or website芒鈧�娄 we got our full deposit back. Respectfully this is a stupid rule, with hydraulic jacks and saw horses, you can have a party in them and they stay put. By all means insist on saw horses and that the camper should sit low on the jacks - totally agree with that, but to keep the truck under the camper negates the whole point of it.

Beautiful resort with easy access to lots of HH芒鈧�鈩�s attractions, but the strict rules and elitist mentality will prohibit true enjoyment. I felt like a second rate guest because I was renting rather than a owner. I think they NEED renters to supplement the owners lot mortgages but they don芒鈧�鈩�t really WANT you there. We didn芒鈧�鈩�t realize until after we arrived that our little green egg wasn芒鈧�鈩�t allowed, so the fridge full of meat was worthless. I think it芒鈧�鈩�s a bit extreme that my 15 yo son can芒鈧�鈩�t take our dog for a walk or even walk himself for that matter as any kids under 16 must be supervised at all times. I was very rudely yelled at by some crotchety old lady (who apparently monitors her lot via video feed at all times) for walking my dog into her vacant lot. She was so rude I thought it was one of those gag 芒鈧�艙Get off my LAWN!!!!芒鈧�聺 motion detectors until I realized it was coming from a camera mounted in a tree. I think it芒鈧�鈩�s creepy to know the owners can watch you at all times simply by angling their spy cameras. Be sure to use your black out blinds. The WiFi was worthless so plan on using your own hotspot. Most of the staff were friendly but there were definitely some prickly ones. While the valet was telling me how to back my RV I was sternly corrected because I looked out the window towards the back of the RV 芒鈧�艙Don芒鈧�鈩�t look where your going just listen to me!!芒鈧�聺, sorry but I芒鈧�鈩�m going to look where I am going regardless of what you tell me. The facilities were decent but dated. We were considering staying a few extra days to make up for some bad weather but the 7am 芒鈧�艙GET OFF MY LOT!!!芒鈧�聺 made the decision to leave an easy one. If you are a retired couple this place will probably work for you. If you are traveling with your family you will enjoy your vacation more by staying somewhere else in my opinion. We will not be returning for another stay at Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort.

A true resort place. I don芒鈧�鈩�t give 5 stars for anything less, and may have only rated 3-4 places with 5 stars. Every site is paved with decorative pavement, garden walls, landscape plants to separate sites. Beautiful surroundings. Excellent intake service with help to get to the site. Secure park with gate card. Roads all paved asphalt. Community center with tennis courts, pool, more. Obviously a place where people come to winter and have done so for years, with long term friendships. We were here 2 nights in a 40 MH with tow, had no problems negotiating the roads. But it is expensive, the most expensive place we芒鈧�鈩�ve stayed at $125/night incl taxes.

Convenient location. Narrow and winding roads in a tight campground. One gate card for 2 people makes it difficult to do separate activities outside the resort. We were in phase 1 and the WiFi signal was in and out all week. Dog Park- no grass,located outside the gate and next to the main road. We were in a 40 ft Class A. The toll road $4.25 each way was worth the shorter drive.

Love this resort. Favorite of all, so far! Well maintained, very nice people staying here, very nice folks working here, beautiful sites... if it would just stop raining! 冒鸥藴卤 Raining since we got here all but about 8 hrs one day! (8 days) We will be back next year and try out the amenities. We芒鈧�鈩�re even thinking about becoming part of the permanent rigs.

Stayed here for 4 nights and wished we could have stayed for 2 weeks! This place has everything you need. We took our 2 grandkids (7 & 8) and daughter with, we all had a great time. Plenty of (respectful) kids to play with and bike with. Short drive to beach and shopping. If the weather was cooler we would have walked. The grounds and facilities are immaculate and the staff is super friendly. Best place we have ever stayed.

So glad we decided to treat ourselves and stay at this top notch RV Resort. The staff was so easy and friendly to deal with from talking on the phone for reservations, to checking in and helping us park the RV. The park is full of lush vegetation and so peaceful. We extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much. Look forward to our return in the future as we head to and from Florida.

What a Great Motorcoach Park!! Top notch in every way. We stayed over Thanksgiving and enjoyed the community Thanksgiving dinner with 110 others! Everyone we met was friendly and engaging. Might be expensive but we found it to be worth the extra cost. Beautiful showers, heated pool and the best imaginable site. Private, gated and well located.

We will return every time we are in the area!!
