We were hoping for a nice clean park because it芒鈧�鈩�s close to some friends that just moved to Fort Mill. The sites exist mostly on a hill. So they are far from level. We had to turn around to get level. So everything was on the wrong side. No big deal except the dump. I planned to dump at a park dump site but there is none. I dumped in our neighbors 4芒鈧�聺 pvc since he isn芒鈧�鈩�t hooked up to it and just dumps on the ground. 冒鸥陇庐 The smell was terrible. Many of the residents rigs are not kept up. New bathhouses are nice. Convenient propane exchange or refill. Did not use laundry or bathhouse. Office is nice.

We stayed here for a quick layover so i cant speak to the entire property. We stayed in an 80 foot space. Not the best view, but it was easy to get in and out. It was perfect for our purposes. The other spaces in the park were pleasantly interspersed with trees. What really stood out was the customer service. I called after hours on a Saturday night. Emily returned my call and arranged our reservation for the next night. When we had a problem with our cable her husband drove to the park on a Sunday night to trouble shoot the problem. Emily remembered that i had specifically asked about the cable when i made the reservation. She was concerned we would have the game as promised. Much to our embarrassment it turned out we had a lamp that was interfering with our tv signal. The park was clean and well kept. Not hard to find. Its hard to imagine if there was any deficiency that Emily & Cliff wouldn芒鈧�鈩�t do everything possible to resolve it.

Alert: major building/ construction going on adjacent to their facility. Heavy equipment with continuous back-up alarms and concrete block sawing within campground. Air nailing etc until 8:30 at night. Suggest avoiding until construction is finished.

We called during business hours 3 times and got the after hours and we芒鈧�鈩�re busy message so I left my phone number and never received a callback. We moved on to a different campground.

Stayed long term over 4 years. Sites not level unless you want to pay $800 a month PLUS electric. Has had water issues the WHOLE TIME we were there. Water leak near bathhouse since before hurricane Flo.and still going when we left this week. Not a county issue like management likes to claim. Cable got better but wifi got a whole lot worse and management/ownership narrow minded, mean-spirited and petty. Tried to work with mgt on issues beyond our control. Final straw was emily becoming a shill for her grandad when we weren't able to put up our 5th wheel apron while we were 550 fucking milessp away with family emergency. Won't recommend. Won't return. Use at own risk.

Poor maintenance of sites, no support from staff. Check all hookups before you get comfortable. Ask immediately to change sites if you aren't 100% happy. Don't count on the emergency number, no one answers. Staff is friendly, appears that all decisions are made by one person, who is unavailable on weekends.

Nice and quiet. Only complaint is dirty bathhouse and the washer/dryers aren't kept clean. They were full of dog hair.

This park is family owned & managed. It is a combination of short-term visitors & long term residents. There was a mgmt change Jan 2016, now the park is clean, neat, well-managed. It is next to a Greenway trail, has a fenced dog park, lots of trees & natural landscaping. We'd love to stay longer but it's time to move on.

Terrible service! I tried to make a reservation 3 times. No one answers this phone; after leaving my number for a callback that never came, we drove 5 miles farther and stayed at a KOA.

Fantastic and Clean RV Park - Full hook ups at very reasonable prices - Staff very nice - check in was fast - Community of RVers are very nice and pleasant people
