Probably all but a dozen or so sights are seasonal, so they don’t depend upon tourists for their income. They have a nice sized pond, but you cannot access it from the campground because seasonal campsites cover the entire shoreline. There is a small beach (100ft) about 1/4 mile down the highway. The roads in the campground are just a series of potholes. They placed us in a muddy field that flooded as it continued to rain, since there is no drainage installed. Had a rowdy couple camping behind us in a tent that played loud music and began a drunken brawl around 2a.m. Security responded by having them move their tent across the road. Never understood that logic. Just got the feeling they had no interest in accommodating temporary guests. I would avoid this place unless there are no other options.

Mostly seasonal RV's with permanent looking spots (decks, sheds, etc.). If you are not there for the whole season you get somewhat less desirable locations, but easy in and out and full hookup. Internet and cell service was spotty. We stayed for about 5 nights in October just before they closed for the year so didn't do any boating or swimming. It was nice.

Stayed July 13th for one night with our 32 foot RV. RV site has water and electric. The campground is well laid out and offers good amenities. The staff was great, friendly, caring, and respectful. We would definitely comeback.
