The owners were very nice. The sites were not level with ruts. No breaker at the pole for power. We have a travel trailer and not only used the 10 leveling blocks and wood that we had but had to borrow from another camper to get level. Some utility lines were rather low.

My rating is 5 because of the owners, more then the park. as we were only there for one very short night and did not experience the amenities enough to rate. Though the sites seemed pretty big, level with trees in between most for some privacy. We were lost in PA after a horrible day on the road, I called and even though they weren't open for season , they welcomed us! They guided me on the phone several miles in order to find them, helped us get set up for night and treated my children to slushies to ease pain of long travel day. :) GPS doesn't like finding this location however and you can find yourself with a big rig on some very curvy roads on a mountain and in a town with narrow streets. So review map and directions.

Pretty good. The hookups are weird and on odd angles. Sites were pretty level considering the hill location for the whole place.
