If you go to a place that does not assign a spot ..RUN.! They won芒鈧劉t tell you Wi-Fi is not available by the water. Cable is from another company and there was no hook up. Wire was just in the ground not connected to anything. Site had fire pit moved a few times, each containing cigarette butts, bottle caps and other garbage, meaning they did not check the site after each use.very unkept. Thousand trails said there are life guards芒鈧ot here. Kids vaping on other side of pool, parents watching smaller ones not the older kids. We saw one face plant the pool near the stairs. Kid was like 5 years old, we ran to her to make sure she was ok, parents never noticed and she ran back to them from embarrassment. She looked to be ok.When you check in they tell you to drive around until you find a spot in the area. Each site is very uneven. They give you a key card after you find a spot but that took all day to drop off the key. We missed all the town activities waiting for the key card in order to reenter the camp. Not everyone was nice at front desk they were very nice at the store. Manager noticed we left early and called us. We told her of our experience but she replied.芒鈧漌ell that芒鈧劉s water under the bridge芒鈧 if you see bad reviews..there is a reason. We were trying to give this place a benefit of the doubt but it was a bad decision.I have pictures but can not post here to see what we expeerienced.

Second site on our Thousand Trails trial. Online reservations a total failure but got a space for 4 nights. Arrived Saturday afternoon and we芒鈧劉re told to drive around and pick a spot. Place really packed. They lost quite a few sites during Ida passing by and flooding riverside sites. Consequent overcrowding on remaining sites. Many seasonal campers. Was fortunate to find a pull through on the left side of a road with no room for right side outside space. Site was gravel and we got fairly level. Cell ok, pay for WiFi and cable. One local television station. Overall: not bad but not great.

To far to walk back after check in, as I returned they said oh we would have brought it to yu if yu had called. Need more signs and hours of operation which everything is different you walk up to the huge building or five entrances signs everywhere and can芒鈧劉t figure out nothing then they said there yet the store was opened and it芒鈧劉s not probably won芒鈧劉t be back

Central reservations is a joke! They knew very little and gave us wrong information. We were camping with friends and knew we would arrive earlier then them. Reservations told us if we book under one reservation it will be no problem getting side by side sites with the understanding it is first come first serve. Front desk totally blew us off and said they can芒鈧劉t control what central reservations said. There is no benefit to first come first serve from a camper perspective. Facilities were very nice. Pools, putt putt golf, basketball court were in great shape. We decided to not stay at the sites by river. Glad we did not because that seemed to be the party sites.

Good campground geared towards seasonals / Thousand Trail members. Upon arrival, we were told to find a campsite from a list compiled; then come back and advise them which one we selected. Office staff were not very helpful on a couple different occasions. Most sites were back in, gravel and unlevel! Lots for kids and families to do on site. Laundry room was ok. Reasonable rate with Passport America ($31.35). We travel in a 38芒鈧劉 motorhome with towed.

Best TT I芒鈧劉ve been to yet. Indoor pool, covered mini golf, well maintained main areas & bathrooms. Lots to do in the area. Loved it. Would definitely stay at this one again. We have at&t and had the best internet coverage we芒鈧劉ve had so far.

We arrived late in the evening and were clueless about how Thousand Trails works. The lady and gentleman at the welcome center were great! Friendly, helpful, funny. They discussed the sites that were available and chose the one they believed was the best for our motor home. He even let us follow him to the site. It was a nice, shady spot with a couple of trees (limbs were a little too low). We had full hookups... great water pressure and strong WiFi. The main reason we chose this campground was for the activities for the kids and they did not disappoint. There is a nice 18 hole mini golf course, completely covered by a pavilion, which was perfect for our rainy stay! We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Everything we used was clean and well kept. Had it not been raining, there was a golf course, several trails, and a creek we would have explored. The only thing we didn芒鈧劉t like was how unorganized the lots appeared to be and how far our site was from the amenities.

Circle M discriminates against the LGBT community...
We made reservations at this property for September 14th for three nights. I arrived with our RV ahead of my fiance due to his work schedule. I checked in by myself, everything went fine, the lady behind the counter called for someone to escort me down and find a site. When I mentioned to her that I "may not be able to back in until Gary gets here". She then inquired: "who is he?". When I informed her that we were engaged, and who he was - she shut me down with a curt: "you can't come in here". When I inquired as to why, she told me nothing other than "you need to wait for Gary...you can wait outside or in your truck". I called Thousand Trails 800 number for customer service as did Gary, the customer service agent spoke to a supervisor who in turn didn't see an issue. The customer service agent called Circle M and informed the woman at the front desk there is no issue and that I was permitted to check in. Unfazed the woman at Circle M still refused. After another family finished their check in, I again went inside to speak with the woman, showing her our Insurance and Registration which has both of our names and our mutual address on it. To my shock, her response was: "that stuff means nothing to me, I don't recognize that sort of thing". Saddened and appalled I asked if he could circle the building to leave the property. The woman informed me I would have to make a u-turn in the small parking lot. I responded: "OK, I guess I will leave". Unbelievably, the employee said "good, we don't want your types here anyways".

If this is indicative of Thousand Trails policy, please let us know. I assumed most modern companies had an anti-discrimination policy that includes sexual orientation.

Shabby and overpriced are my description of this park. Many sites are no where near level, many were blocked off because the electricity did not work. Access roads have low hanging tree branches and the facilities for which you pay a $3 "resort fee" are worn, dated and in serious need of repair yet they keep raising their rates despite all of this. Extra charges are also made for WIFI @ $5.95/day which is exorbitant. We would not stay here again. Oh, and don't forget that it is self service for picking out a site and then they'll try and sell you a membership to Thousand Trails!
