This campground is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Level gravel sites and we had FHU. They had us staying in site #2 to start with that was right by the office. I went and talked to Beth ( who was so kind and nice) and she found three different sites to choose from. We found a great spot and we’re very happy. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and we were so appreciative of her. The campground is very clean and well kept and they come and gather your trash every day which is wonderful! It is also very quiet. The bath houses are very nice and clean. All of the sites are mostly shaded with big mature trees. All of the staff is very wonderful and helpful and you can tell they want you to have a great time. The laundromat was clean and tidy as well with 4 washers and four dryers. The swimming pool looked very inviting. They have cabins to stay in as well. They have coffee, ice cream and snacks at the gift store. Nice playground and mini golf for the kids. The sites are ample and adequately spaced. If we are ever in this area again, this is where we will stay!!

Perfect location for touring the battlefields. Campground is located on a hillside, so not all sites are level - ours was not. We were in #36, which required a whole lot of maneuvering to park our small 22 ft trailer. Inner circle sites are very tight. Great pancake breakfast served on weekends, All You Can Eat for $5. Very clean and well-maintained.

The previous reviews were correct, it is a beautiful place. Lots of trees, lots of activities for children, and the staff were really nice, but not a lot of space for a 32 foot motorhome pulling a Jeep. It looked like it was perfect for travel trailers, tenters and small motorhomes less than 24 feet. We had to unhook our Jeep before we got to our site and then when we were leaving we had to drive the motorhome and Jeep to the entrance and hook up there. That is a very inconvenient place to hook up, mistakes could be made in that situation. Other than that issue, it is a beautiful place.

I just love this KOA. Nestled in the woods and only 15 minutes from the Gettysburg NMP Visitor Center. We were here in late-October, so the pool was closed. Our focus was the Park. Definitely need to plan at least two days if you want to spend time roaming the battle fields. We will stay here again!

Great campground, nice employees. Close to Gettysburg site, which is a lot to explore, allow several days. Would stay here again.

5 Stars for Allstays Review: A KOA Holiday Property. Extremely nice grounds and property. One of nicest KOA's! Entire property (interior roads and all sites) had very good coverage of larger gravel/rock so never an issue of tracking dirt into RV. We booked a deluxe patio site with very nice slider bench and picnic table. Sites are exceptionally landscaped with large boulders and very good space between sites. Hookups were great. Bathhouse and other facilities very nice, clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay and recommend this property.

One of the nicest KOA campgrounds we have stayed in and we have stayed in quite a few including some national award winners. Very well maintained with great sites. We were only passing thru but this KOA was good enough for us to think of organizing a family camping event here.

One of the nicest campgrounds we've stayed at. Because the campground is in the forest, the sites are gravel but level and there is great drainage. Very well maintained and the guest services are friendly and efficient. My only complaint would be that the Internet service, while free, did not work well or at all at our site. We stayed there for 5 nights, in the early spring in a 45 foot motor home, towing a vehicle.

We were here during a very busy weekend. The camp was full but the staff managed nicely. The sites were nice lots of trees and shade. The facilities were fine. Laundry, pool, jumpy thing for the kids. There was even a mobile farmers market that can through on Sat afternoon. Had a great stay, conveniently located. Definitely recommend it.
