I’m usually turned off by a lot of full time / long time residents. Usually a lot of clutter but this park seems to keep those neat. We had a large pull thru spot in the woods. Lots of room and fairly level. We only overnighted there but it looked like there was quite a bit to do. A bit off the beaten path but if you want to explore the area it would be a nice base.

If you can get a nice site in the woods this place might be ok, but all those spaces seam to be taken by their long timers giving the place a small budget trailer park look. Our RV space was all gravel, sunny, on about a 30% slope, and very very crowded. It was so crowded you can not tell your space from your neighbor, not clear which are your hook ups nor which table is your site. I can hear the persons talking and snoring in their RVs on each side.

Came for the Halloween festivities in our popup and had a blast ! Spaces are tight but I was amazed how quick this campground quieted down immediately at the 10pm curfew (rare nowadays) Maintenance was all over the place and reacted quick when we reported a backed up sink. Bathrooms were very clean but the men's room really needs some ventilation. Camp store is pretty minimal but ok. Roads are really tight with the bigger rigs. Place was packed but everyone was friendly and trick or treating was a blast ! Will likely come back next year.

Wooded location with pool and playground for kids. Family friendly. Many campers packed into tight areas. Little space on each lot. Difficult for large trailers to maneuver.
