Mike and Cheryl here. We have a 44 foot Class A RV. Here is my review of Benner Meadow Run Campground Road to: Good. Road inside: Gravel. Good. Trees: The trees going out need trimming. Check in: There is a gate that will not open. Large RV must park over to the right so you can walk into the store. I find this a royal pain. Large size office. Parking: Good luck finding enough room if you have a large size rv. Seasonal campers: Lots. Signage: Ok. Site 4: Gravel pad, and slightly unlevel. Had table and fire pit. Site is dry. View: OK view of pool. Site spacing: Good spacing on most sites. Bathhouse: Did not use. Laundry room: Did not see. Swimming pool: The pool is very nice. Club house: Did not see. Fitness area: No. Restaurant: Have ice cream. Grounds: Good. Air TV: None. Wifi: It worked well. So here is the bad: 1) They do not allow any arrival before 3:00 pm. I paid for a full day, not half a day. They charge $30 for early arrival. 2) Trees need trimming on the exit. I would come back, but the state park has new large full hookup rv sites with good spacing and nice views of the forest.

Definitely NOT big rig friendly!!! Our Class A is 13鈥3鈥 and we鈥檝e met many in 5th wheels that are 13鈥6鈥. Overgrown branches on the road and IN THE SITES scraping our sides, roof, solar panels and Starlink. Owner would not trim. Couldn鈥檛 even put out our passenger side slides in the first site assigned. Campground is pleasant only if you have a small camper.

We stayed here 3 nights in September and really enjoyed the huge red oak trees and quiet setting for a larger sized private campground- looked like lots to do also if you have kids. Recommend site 412 (if you have smaller rig since it芒鈧劉s sloped, but we made our 20 footer level). It芒鈧劉s at end of loop with the best privacy and view of the pond. We had 2 bars Verizon LTE and the campground芒鈧劉s free WIFI worked well for us. This is great spot to stay and explore Ohiopyle state park.

Gated campground near Nemacolin Resort. Level, wooded, site that feels rustic. Mostly trailers and 5th wheels here with many seasonal campers. Lots of recreational activities. Good water pressure. Just do t block the gate when you芒鈧劉re coming in! Hubby was fussed at by grumpy old man.

We actually love this campground because it is wooded, quiet and friendly. Campers here like interacting with each other. Being close to a major whitewater river, there is much to do in the area! The problems are that the sites are gravel and not very level. I think it芒鈧劉s weird that the (very nice but 芒鈧搉o lifeguard on duty芒鈧) pool has such extremely limited hours芒鈧11a-7p. And this park would really benefit from having a dog park.

Very nice place with lots of amenities and dog friendly. Extremely quiet at night for a campground. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff works hard to make stay safe, fun, and enjoyable. Nice pool, mini golf, game room, and playground to keep kids busy. Wooded sites have fire pit and picnic table. Clean shower house. Crowd gets into to DJ and occasional band. Office store has scaled back on groceries but was directed to Dollar General a few miles away. Spent many many weekends here with the family.

Campground is not really set up for big rigs. Non level sites, no cable, and very tight turning areas. Family friendly, but not dog friendly. Non existent shopping for supplies or groceries.

owners are excellent and take care of their campground. they do not allow bad behavior, there are many activities at the campground, DJ's on some weekends, nice fire pits, spacious gravel lots. the road to the campground is tight and says 10 ton limit but don't let that bother you; no real reason for it. we stayed here in a class A.
