We had a beautiful spot. Actually I didn’t see a bad one. We have a 34ft travel trailer. Easy in and out. New Owner has done lots of work cleaning up making this a destination park. It takes time but you can see the progress. Nice new gravel roads and on the rv sites. Sites are spacious and shaded. We stayed 7 weeks. Perfect location to stay so we visit our family/grandkids. We have already making plans to stay here every time we drive up. We didn’t use showers or restrooms so I cannot comment.

Pros:Great access from I-80 and friendly staff. Cons: Ramshackle site we had and super expensive for folks passing through.

UGH! Not sure why someone would give this dusty place 4 stars. Mostly permanent residents. Dusty, rough roads. Unlevel spot. But doable for a night I guess. We wanted a two night stopover, but wanted to leave more than continue our stay. Cash only. Oh, and acorns hitting the roof all night. Not worth the price at all.

This park is a keeper, reasonably priced and easy to find near the university. They are working on updating this quaint, mature trees with lots of shade, RV park. We travel around the US in a motor home and stayed with them for 4 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We watched little kids playing in the water park and ride their bicycles safely on the many roads within the park. They have plans to update the centrally located showers. Watch, The entrance road does have a dip from the counties new road asphalt to the RV park driveway.
