Absolutely stunning views. The club house is clean and has a gym, hot showers, lounge area, upstairs look out and so much more. The staff if friendly and very welcoming. You will love this place.

Great seaside sites, wonderful beach, many wonderful nearby attractions. We’ll return.

Very nice place. Big, wide, level concrete pads. All sites have a great ocean view. Staff is very friendly. One of our favorite places.

Seriously, this has got to be my favorite place ever...just for the location. Small RV spot, but what a beautiful place right on the water! Every site is a concrete pad...a few sites right on the water but they had to pull head in (no view from your rig). We parked diagonally with a FULL VIEW. The staff were super nice & greeted us as we drove up. We didn’t need amenities...cuz we played on the beach all day! We’ll be back for sure!

Great place to camp! So much fun with the rec room and being able to park right next to the ocean!

Great park, has 8 sites right over ocean. Book early for those.
All paved, concrete sites, quiet, wifi ok, no pull throughs, all pull in or back in.
Have stayed here twice and will stay here again.
Is about 2 to 3 miles South of were ¿ìÈýƽ̨ App shows park on there map.
We stayed June 2017 in a class A 40 foot.

Sea Perch RV Park - Yachats stayed here September 9, 2015

Overlooked ocean... beach access... View was very nice. $75.00 a night took us by surprise. Very windy... couldn't really appreciate the beach because of fog and we got sandblasted when went for a walk - was very windy when we were there. Beautiful Club House... with gym/pool tables, lounge, etc....walked through it but didn't use it. Free long distance phone which we used once. No trees... No privacy.

This place is incredibly beautiful! Concrete pads with plenty of room. A huge clubhouse with game room, sitting area with ocean view, shower and laundry. There is not a bad site in this park. All have ocean view. This is what a Resort should be like! Well worth it!

This place is awesome and has everything except a store and a pool! But the ocean is your pool! Great beach for surfing and skim boarding! The club house has a kitchen, big screen tv, nice furniture, showers, work out stuff, ocean viewing room and coin laundry with 2 nice big washers n dryers and feels like home... Also has foose ball (however you spell that) and a pool table...

Pay the extra money and get beach front, it's so worth it! Full hook ups, water, sewer and cable too!

The staff is also super friendly and so are the guests! When we arrived they were having a pot luck and were so nice to feed my big family!

Oh and they light up the beach for you at night so you can see the waves! Just amazing! This is what it's like to be beach front and I love it!

We travel all over the U.S.. Sea Perch is a top notch RV park, resort. The ocean front sites are fabulous. Management very helpful and professional.
