Very nice remote campground with shelters and grills at each campsite. Sites very level. Nice restroom. Lots of nice hiking options, including up the gulch at the back of the campground. Price is right, free. The canyon is beautiful but...
No cell service at all, zero, zilch. Getting here requires navigating a 23-mile dirt road that is challenging at best. It gets progressively worse the further you go, and the last 10 miles will take up to an hour. Don't even try going if it has rained within the past three days. The dirt turns into an incredibly slippery mush only passable with a strong off-road vehicle.
