Green, tidy RV park close to the west end of Columbia River Gorge. Streets are wide, but for me, the sites are uncomfortably narrow. Do know the length of your rig. There’s $150 fine if a bumper or bike rack encroaches on the sidewalk, also known as the “fire lane“. The decorative street lamps are bright. If your bedroom is in the wrong place have your black out shades ready, or foil for your windows. The train can be heard at the back of the park but it’s not bad. The folks I encountered, possibly long term residents, seemed quite happy here.

We have been here 5 times in the last 4 years, convenient for us as our family members are 20 minutes away. It's clean, comfortable, easy to get to and friendly staff. You will encounter railroad and airport noise now and then, it seems every RV park is close to these small irritations. Sites are a little tight but not as bad as some. Best sites are back in right on the Sandy River. Would not hesitate to come here again, and we will.

Called late in the day to check avail. And they were super friendly. Arrived late at night. We have a 40’ 5th wheel and for big rigs you want to follow the instructions and directions on their website to get to the park or you can get stuck following a maps app. The instructions need some fine tuning, some small details are challenging to decipher. We made it though. They had an envelope with our name on taped to the office window like they said. Easy to find our spot. Sites are close to each other but not bad. Nice calm energy. A train will go by every once in awhile, not enough to wake us up. Loved the small town feel. Extended our stay 2 more day. Site was paved and level. We didn’t use any of the amenities. We would stay here again. I met Steve, a traveler, and he gave me good advice, he said when you are an RV traveler, the secret is to follow the butter…..if the butter in your cupboard is too hard…go further south…if the butter is melted…go further north. :-)

Very nice and quiet place. Hosts were friendly and the area clean. Internet service was a little slow though. Night time was quiet and all the utilities worked.

Clean. Nice facilities all around. Tight. I felt bad my sewer connection was 2 feet from neighbor’s picnic table. Train noise is nothing to me.

Lovely location. Clean and well taken care of. Laundry facilities are very nice. They need someone to take better attention to the phone......took two days and three phone calls to get a response!!!

Great RV park in a lovely location. Very nice interactions when we booked over the phone and when we arrived. Nice RV sites and very clean amenities. We would definitely return.

We stayed here for two nights. Got a river view spot. Very clean and well kept. Looks like most of the RVs are full time. Everyone was friendly enough. Easy spots to get in and out of.

Nice little park. We stayed for four nights when we couldn’t get a spot at the park we wanted and were pleasantly surprised. It’s a little old but well maintained, neat, clean and friendly with good WiFi. They also have cable, which we didn’t use but others we talked to said it was good. If you have a larger rig, it can be a little tight and you will need to have a tolerance for noisy trains. For those reasons we didn’t give them five stars. We paid a little more for one of the sites that backs up to the river and were happy we did. We would definitely stay there again.

Very pricy. Some of the staff came off rude especially over the phone. Met several in person and they weren't as bad, but not the friendliest either. Sites were clean, tv and internet worked great. Trains can be noisy especially later in the night. Close to shopping and downtown troutdale. Definely visit if you decide to stay. Would stay here again, if I'm willing to pay the extra.
