This is now a KOA. It was a fun time watching the drive in movies. There are lots of staff during the day ensuring that the grounds are clean and they were friendly and helpful. My wife and I look forward to returning.

This site is now owned by KOA. Still has nice features, but minimum stary for us was $69+8(tax).

Nice park. A lot of long term sites, but obviously the owners are strict about how things are maintained. Neat and tidy describes the park.
And, best of all, they show movies on the drive in movie screen! How cool is that? Each site has a nice fenced patio with a propane fire pit, table and four chairs.

Nice park. Pull throughs. Easy in and out for big rigs. Watched movies on the big drive-in movie screen under the stars. Fun little town. Close to freeway. Friendly staff.

Density done right. The level, gravel sites are no bigger than other parks, but the concrete patio with a surrounding 4 ft ‘privacy fence’ define your space and make it seem bigger. Very well done!
Playground, ‘drive in movie’, nice landscaping and friendly check-in at 1930 on an August night earn this quiet park a solid 4 stars. I reserve 5 stars for excellence with a swimming pool.

Easy access into large defined pull thrus. Grass dog area at end of rows. Large off leash areas, too. 4 washers, so sometimes you need to wait. Still show movies on Drive-In screen some nights. Would be perfect with grass in spaces. Long term residents are quiet and friendly. Plan to return.

We chose to stay here for the winter. So far the staff is very accommodating and pleasant. The sites are average, but the quaintness and quiet make up for it. The dog areas are the best I've seen from here to TN which is important to me. It is a nice stay.

Great little park. Very nice people, very clean facilities, quiet, AND THEY SHOW DRIVE IN MOVIES! Weather permitting the use the old drive in screen. We got to watch a movie from inside the coach!! Ask for a spot with a view of the screen. Great experience! Would certainly come back.
