They were full and we had to dry camp. I would've given the place for stars but they charge me an extra five dollars to fill up my water tank with the hose at the office. All in all we spent $42 in the summer to dry camp in a very nice grassy field with a picnic bench and fire ring. We would definitely come back as this is one of the nicer parks in the area and very close to seaside and Cannon Beach. The people here (Mike & another lady) were very nice, don't let my three star rating sway you from staying at this lovely park. We will be back if in the area.

Nice clean quiet park even though it's on why 101. It has full hook ups with 30 amp service. The sites have payment and are relatively level. It has wifi. There is a small store to purchase a few items including ice. The laundry room is clean and has 5 washers 6 dryers. They have picnic tables on the sites. The showers are nice. This park has dry camping as well. The staff is very nice and helpful. The park is close to town. On Sat & Sun during the summer, there is a town trolley that comes to the park every two hours to take you on a tour of the town and drops you at different spots and will bring you home. It's $1 a person and you need exact change.

This was a nice clean place for big rigs and nice rv/ trailers. From what I could tell they did send not such nice looking rigs down the road. Make a reservation! One office lady (owner) is nice the other lady (worker bee) I think has "issues". We read lots of reviews before coming here and almost didn't because of the unfriendly reviews. But we never experienced any troubles. Just don't take the one lady personally. Park is clean. Lots of tent area but the impression is they would rather cater to the big rigs. If you have an lder unit or tent keep
Looking if you have a nice trailer or rv and want a quite park you will like this one. It's halfway between seaside and cannon beach for easy drive to both
