It was our first time here on the recommendation of friends. We loved it! Super clean and well maintained. We will definitely go back for a longer stay.

Nicely maintained park that is Big Rig friendly. Nice level spots. Get a point water view site. Nice walking paths around park and food within walking distance (texmex place was good). Note: this is located on a windy point. 3 days if heavy winds wore us out a bit. Not their fault of course. Also note: this is a BIG ATVer locations for riding the dunes rec area. Surrounded by other parks filled with motorbikes and ATV’s which get rolling around 7:30. Nice walk around Lake Marie nearby. Drive scenic Hwy 38 along the Umpqua River to Elkton and do some wine tasting there. Beautiful drive. Traveling in a 35ft class towing.

Nice and organized but the new area on the point is terribly windy. We heard if you cancel a reservation they will not refund it only apply it to a future stay.??????what is up with that?

This is the best RV Park I have stayed at in a long time. Very well maintained, asphalt roads and pads. Excellent bath and showers. Good views of the river and harbor.

We had an amazing experience at the resort. From making the reservation, checking in and the camp host everyone was extremely helpful. The park is pristine with large sites and most will give you a water view. It was a short walk to the little fishing village for restaurants serving fresh fish. The only thing I can say negative is the slow internet should be addressed by the owners.

We have stayed at this park several times typically in the fall and spring. We called and sent an email 2 weeks ago to potentially get a two week reservation. Finally after a week we got a phone message response. I returned the call within 30 minutes and all I got was voice mail and the message box was full. Same results next couple of days. When I finally was able to leave a message and follow up with another e-mail last week I still have not heard back My only guess is that the park is full and they only returned my first call call due to a cancellation. Everything at this park is typically first class. They have beautiful views and modern facilities. Unfortunately the reservation process is the pits.

The best site with a view that will not disappoint. The hosts ensure every site is immaculately taken care of. This is a high end retreat!

We braved this resort on Memorial Day Weekend. The place was packed, but I’ve never seen a cleaner RV resort. Close and easy access to the Dunes, this is a great resting spot for adventurers. Not a fan of ATVs and dirt bikes? Just looking for a quiet relaxing weekend? Never fear. This resort has rules prohibiting the use of off-road vehicles inside the park. You must tow or push your ride out of the park before firing the engine. A dock at the gate to the park is a great place to fish/crab or just let the kids explore the rocks/beach below during low tides. The mile long paved path around the park is great for walks/bike rides.

Great place. Clean, easy in and out, proper full hook ups and can’t beat the location. Right on the harbour and a short walk to the stores and restaurants.
