Time for an up to date review. We芒鈧劉ve been staying here for three or four years, multiple time per year. It is a great park overall. There is one issue that is GLARING and is ignored by the management. The LAUNDRY ROOM has ample equipment, but the equipment is OLD! The dryers catch your clothes, tear holes in the clothes, and leave one inch long black marks on MULTIPLE places on the clothes. The response in the office is 芒鈧揥e芒鈧劉ll let somebody know芒鈧. Ruined two blouses and a pair of jeans. We will seek out a local laundromat to use when we stay here again. Too bad they won芒鈧劉t address their problems. Oh, and did I mention, the Wi-Fi is a JOKE, and we are right next to the office. The owners must be getting greedy.

Concrete pads, paved roads, well maintained grass, no trees, quiet, clean. Crappy WiFi. Must provide age of RV, driver芒鈧劉s license and proof of insurance. If WiFi was decent this would get 4 stars.

Attempted to make a reservation, however they don芒鈧劉t allow dogs over 50 lbs.... I know a dog that芒鈧劉s over 50 lbs in my own personal camper is very inconvenient for them. They are not pet friendly and they will discriminate against age over camper. Good luck with these pretentious people.

Attempted to make a reservation and they asked if we have a pet. We have a 70 pound Golden Retriever. They don't allow dogs over 50 pounds was the response. So not very pet friendly if they don't allow Golden Retrievers.

The park was clean but the Wi-Fi was very poor. The jet noise from the airport and military base was amazingly loud and constant. The management, oddly, chooses not to post the number of the night manager so that when you have need of them they will not be bothered. I can芒鈧劉t believe they told me that! We did have a problem when we got there after the office closed and had to wait until 9 AM.

Very clean, good facilities, but very poor internet. And, it is less than one mile from the Portland Airport so bring your earmuffs!

I will agree with DNJ from Texas, but they do not deserve a 5 star. There are mostly full timers living here the bathrooms are clean and the landscaping is nice. Paved level sites. Location is convenient to downtown. We took Uber with our dog and the cost was $18.00, much better than trying to park downtown.

I hate to leave a five star review, only because this campground is always near capacity. No airport or train noise during the week we stayed here. Paved sites, Security wall around the park, beautiful landscaping! Only concern was distance from the sewer hook up, poor layout here. Pluses: Digital cable, good internet, lots of over air digital stations, location! We will definitely stay here again, they have cleaned themselves up from previous posts!

Other than this park being close to Portland - I'm not sure why anyone would rate this "trailer trash"RV park higher than a one star. Spaces are tight, long term Trailer park people live here. It's a depressing place. We won't be back.
