The staff was great at this park. But when we stayed overnight in July 2021, this park looked run down. The grass was brown. There were quite of few long term residents. Our pull through was in between 2 long term residents. On the other side of the creek someone is clearing the trees and have plans for a building? That is out of their control. But know that is what your view will be and they are noisy! So next time will pass on this park. It is not as pretty as their pictures online.

View of Bear Creek from our D4 campsite. Better shower/toilet space than park across the freeway for less nightly fee. Families played horseshoes and swam and bbqd for the holiday. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants and biking trail. Lotsa birds. I’d come back!

Nice, big rig friendly, well maintained park. Good cell reception. Stayed overnight in C20 and would come back again.

Great stop over for the night. Convenient to I-5. Landscaping is beautiful, showers are clean and hot, and it seems all sites are pull-throughs. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again when passing through.

My first big solo trip in my motor home with car in tow. I needed a place to stay for the night without having to unhook the car. This place was perfect. Very helpful, friendly staff, easy pull through site. Nice stream and grounds to walk the dog. A bit noisy as the road is nearby but having my cheap, noisy, ceramic, electric heater on did the trick for white noise. Very pleasant, would stay there again when heading south.

Very convenient to the highway, surprisingly quiet. Clean bathrooms, good showers. There is a swimming pool, if you are a polar bear and like swimming in the cold weather! We ate dinner in Jacksonville at the C Street Bistro, delicious.
