One of the really sweet KOA's. The back in "view" sites really do have nice views and the best breeze. Rather small for a KOA, but well maintained. Bathrooms were very clean, showers were spacious and everything worked. WiFi was not the greatest. Shari's (restaurant chain) is walking distance. We would stay again. Stayed here in June 2023.

Park is clean tidy and well kept.Beautiful grass at each site , did uses the restroom but the Laundry was nice clean and priced well. $2.00 for a wash 24 mins and $2.00 for a dry 45 mins. No problem getting Everything dry. The wifi isn’t good at all we could keep connected at all..nothing would load, mail, fb…. We stay again easy off the interstate.

The park is clean enough but at least 80% of the rigs are permanent residents. Some of the trailers are in pretty bad shape and I’m surprised they would allow them in the park. Let’s talk about the WIFi, like where is it? For well over $50 dollars a night I would expect at least good WiFi, theirs is pretty much on existent. I was here when the virus was hitting its peak and I could not get on line to see what was happening. Spend a couple bucks and upgrade your system, I won’t be back.

Nice, small, clean and friendly KOA. Mostly full time or long term people in the back-in spaces on the perimeter of the park. The back-ins in the middle of the park are concrete, but small. We had a pull through which was gravel and long enough we didn’t have to unhook in our 37’ MH with a toad. The pull throughs have about 12’ of grass between spaces and a picnic table. Easy access from interstate and for exploring town. We would definitely stay again.

Actually 3.5 stars. For a KOA it is very nice. Concrete pads are level. Downside is they are short and narrow. You have to disconnect if you are over 20' for your tow. Most sites are back ins. Very quiet location just off the freeway, but over the hill so you don't hear it. Staff are efficient and friendly. A number of long terms, but all neat and tidy.

As others have said, the spaces here are pretty small. But the grounds and restrooms/showers are spotless and well maintained. The owners are super friendly and you'll feel like long lost friends. I will make a point to stop here again.

Park was fairly busy when we were there. Good spaces and pretty views. Would stay again. Typical KOA prices at $45/night.

We've only stayed in a handful of KOA's in our RV life and most tend to be roomy, rustic, family oriented spaces. Park like, old time campground feel. While we enjoyed our time here, it is not your typical KOA in those respects. Small, tight spaces, minimal grass (nicely mowed and very green though), tiny dog run and playground. Sort of a strip mall of RV parks. Very clean, friendly staff, clean baths and laundry. I recommend this for a 1 nighters on your way thru. Nothing special, lots for full timers but nicely kept. No trash. Tent spots are tiny and right up against an apartment building.
