Their reservation system and availability calendar means nothing. You can reserve, but the owners can bump you off the site with no notice and no option on site choice. We reserved 8 days on ocean view site 186 months in advance and arrived to find this out. We were put on a site with a wooden picnic table right next to the road, zero privacy and no choice but to take it or leave, we are fully booked. With a holiday weekend coming up we were left with no other options. This place isn’t special enough to warrant such bait and switch tactics. Many campgrounds far less expensive have paved roads and pools. Do not let their pretty website photos fool you. Buyer beware.

This is an amazing park. Sites are privately owned and in a rental pool. VERY WELL MAINTAINED. Each site is spacious, concrete pads, and unique . The views of the ocean are amazing, but what makes this park special (outside of the views, location, and amenities) are the little hiking trails, a pickle ball court, indoor and outdoor pools, and of course the beautiful pathway to the beach. Simply mesmerizing. I love this park and would rate this among the best I’ve ever stayed at.

Best campground/resort we have ever stayed at. Views are amazing, walking trails on site, pickle ball, basketball hoop, great pools/hot tubs, grounds and buildings perfectly maintained, owners/guests super friendly, office staff super friendly. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay, right on the Pacific. But it is pricy. Paid $120/night plus taxes. Good location to check out other little towns. As previous reviewer said, there are some RVs that are older and not class A. But we still enjoyed our time there. Traveled in a 34 MH towing Jeep.

Used to be a nice place to go.lots of rules but apparently not enforced. Very pricey. Lots are owned by individuals so you even have to pay their HOA fees. HOA must be powerless due to fact this is supposed to be a Class A resort but even tiny Class C are let in and these are the rules breakers and they’ll tell you to your face the HOA and resort can’t make them abide and they’re proud of it.

Very disappointed, especially for the $$$. Lots of rules posted, but seem to be selective in enforcement.

Manicured premises.

We "enjoyed" the music from the clubhouse... inside our RV. Had to turn our own tv up to even hear it, so no "quiet evening listening to the surf".... The beach is a fairly long, steep hike.

There is a large price range available pretty much based on the view and how close you are from the ocean. Ocean front was $110 a night and it was worth the splurge. Every space is different even in the same price range. The spaces are individually owned and are all landscaped and equipped differently. For example, my space, #186, had a multi panel glass wall to act as a wind break and extensive patio work. Some spaces have built in bbq's etc but READ the rules.....you aren't allowed to use the owner's stuff like bbq's. When you book using their website look carefully.....each available space has multiple photographs.

No Wi-Fi in the spaces but you can use it in the club house. Large dedicated area for unhooking and hooking up toads so the roads aren't being blocked.

Reservation rules are pretty clear....only Class A and Class C motor homes are allowed but I had a definite Class B next to me for part of my stay. Rules say no more than 2 pets but I saw people walking 3 dogs and site across the road from me had a caged area with 5 small dogs in it. I don't know if they were owners or if staff is lax enforcing the rules with owners vs renters.

A beautiful resort overlooking the ocean. Motorhomes only, no towables allowed. Expensive, but worth it. We paid &60/night. Good Sam. No wifi but cell service good. 60 TV channels. All sites are privately owned, and some are rented when owners aren't using them. Everyone was VERY friendly. I didn't want to leave.
