This is our 2nd time staying here. We were not part of allstays last year so I did not give a review until now. They have 3 different places to stay 2 RV parks with hook ups (we did not stay there so I can鈥檛 give a review, but the one one the Rogue side does look very nice) We chose to stay at the parking lot. We paid 37.94 a night. This is why I love this place. Yes you are in a parking lot, it is very clean you can hear the sea lions across the bay at night. You are next to Rogue brewing and Rogue distillery. Which makes it nice location for dinner or a beer within walking distance. In the evening you can watch the sun go down over the Yaquina bridge we usually bring out our propane fire and enjoy the evening. I will stay here everytime I鈥檓 in New Port love this place!

We stayed in the 芒鈧�艙full hookup芒鈧�聺 section for 2+ weeks. No issues but we have our own internet and TV so did not use the parks. Met some nice people, did some fishing and sightseeing. The bridge is pretty at sunset. We芒鈧�鈩�ll be back.

Wifi and cable did not work. We stayed in the old part of the complex and it was a muddy mess. Security came by at 5:30 with their head lights shinning directly into the camper windshield which was very annoying!

Great location. Unusable WiFi. Nice paved roads and sites but sites rather narrow.

Something for everyone. There is a wonderful public fishing pere right next to the Rouge Brewery. Easy walking to the Marine Sciences aquarium and Museum. The Anex has some uneven sights but not bad. The Wife is not so fast, but you can get great cell signals if you have a hot spot. We have been here a few times and we have enjoyed our self芒鈧�鈩�s every time. Newport is wonderful place for things to do and see and the bridge is so beautiful in the sunset

Outrageous price of $30 for parking in an asphalt parking lot! I do NOT recommend this place for dry camping!

Wow almost $29 to dry camp on an asphalt parking lot.

Stayed in the Annex - what a dump. Backed up to apartment and have the balcony right over my rig. The new part looked okay but didn't stay in there

Newer Park is nice. Good sized space for parking on asphalt with good hookups. Very little space for sitting outside your rig however. So don芒鈧�鈩�t come and plan to 芒鈧�藴camp芒鈧�鈩�. Weekends are crazy busy and the Park was sold out. We have one night in new park, two nights in the Annex, and one night dry camping. So we will get to try all the facilities. So far I would recommend the dry camping over the Annex unless you have to have hook ups. It is a paved area next to the brewery and is decent spacing. The annex is cramped, dusty (no pavement here) and adjacent to the highway noise.

Great park! Easy pull through, flat spaces. Best thing is it is on the same property as the Rogue Brewing. OMG! I would seriously lose my husband to that place three or four times a week. We left with a few cases of Rogue products. We had intended to spend one month here, but ended up staying two. My husband would've parked indefinitely I'm sure. Great park. The people in the office are maybe slightly standoff-ish? But we found that much of the customer service in this area was like this. So maybe it's just how it is. Absolutely GORGEOUS sunsets.
