Nice well kept park. Nice staff. More of a resort feel to it. Walking distance to the wonderful museum is a big plus, don’t miss it! Spots not too tight. Only downside was the occasional cow pasture smell on some evenings, depending on wind direction. Of course they can’t help that. About 10 minutes to McMinnville. Great farmers market there on Thursdays. Stayed in a 34 MH with toad. Would stay again.

Pricey for a parking lot type setup but has all services. Clean and well kept but due to the constant invasions of flies can only give it 3 stars. Must be that it’s surrounded by livestock (?) fields but warning: keep all doors/windows closed!

We agree with the previous reviews from 2018. Really a nice place. Clean, well-run and quiet. Many long term residents. They have a mail room. At this time, only small, quiet pets are allowed, leash rule in place, no pens. The adjacent aviation museum is world-class. Howard Hughs’ Spruce Goose is displayed, as well as at least 2 of the smaller Boeing 747s.

Very clean, very comfortable. Mowed grass and tables at each site. Short drive to downtown. Don’t let the airport scare you. We’ve been here for three days and haven’t heard a single plane. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. Will definitely stay here again.

Campground has spacious leveled pads with PLENTY of room for the tow vehicle and outdoor patio areas. Clean bathrooms, showers, good washers and dryers. Nice clubhouse and friendly staff with solid WiFi. Walkway available to the aviation museum and water park next door. Great experience and will plan to stay here again. Great proximity to most wineries.

A little pricey. Sites are a little parking lot like, for my liking. Clean bathrooms, laundry and wifi from your site. The perk is the short stroll to the Evergreen museums and waterpark (really great too by the way). Staff were helpful and freindly. Most of the units there were high end pushers and 5th wheels, so felt a little out of place with our 18 ft hybrid. A tent trailer showed up the next day so felt better ;-)
Sites are all paved and relatively level. Had to head out a day earlier than planned and lost one days rate. No return policy at this location.

Enough of the good things in this park. Let's look at the bad parts. Sorry I can't think of anything. ?

Amazing!!
Very " type A". clean, organized, inexpensive for a wonderful resort.
Asphalt drive, nice concrete pads, a little close but we were out doing wineries all day, nice pool, great cable, wi-fi not bad!

McMinnville is the nicest "town" in the Willamet Valley, fantastic restaurants, very nice historic district .

Would definitely stay again, or recommend highly!
