Sep 2024; 45’MH with tow, small friendly well maintained park mostly full timers, paved roads and level sites on a hillside. Very narrow tight spots for big rigs no room for large awnings but had cool weather so not a problem . Very clean bath house and laundry.

Clean level sites. Quite a few residents and not many transients.

Clean, simple place. Wifi worked and laundry was fine.
