Lovely wide sites right on the Rogue River. $11 with our senior access pass. Water available but dump up the road in Shady Cove at the gas station for $5. 20 min from Crater Lake west gate. Site 49 had lots of sunshine. Site 32 was shaded w a nice view of the river. Lots of ground squirrels to keep you entertained. Hiking right from the campground. Some road noise during the day, but dies down at night.

Large sites. We stayed in #56, very large however not on the river. Sites 1 - 45 are on the river. There are many trails to explore, some go as far as Natural Bridge Campground (3.5 miles). Seems like there had been a recent windstorm as there were many fallen trees, some had been cut up, some were just left in place. Overall a nice place, easy access to Crater Lake.
