Lovely campground with nice walking trails. Staff was friendly and efficient. Very hot water in showers. Showers and bathrooms clean. If you don’t mind a back in site, try to get D16. Full hookups and wonderful shade trees. good trees throughout camp.

Very nice state park. Park rangers were wonder as well as camp hosts. I little bit of road noise when hanging around outside. Didn’t hear a thing inside RV.

Very beautiful and quiet park. Except for the road noises. Very well maintained, including facilities. Nice trail along the river. You can hike for miles! Doggos loved it.

Very rude young lady working at the entrance. Has ego issues. You know who you are and so do your co workers.
Will not be back

Very pleasant park, with nice layout. Only gov-run park we’ve stayed at that had full hookups.

Currently staying at this park and LOVE it. Loop D is very clean, quiet, very very green, has spacious yards?, and spots towards the back have very pretty views of the river. I, surprisingly, hear no freeway noise and the few people here have been very friendly. After the first great night, we booked a full week. We'll definitely be back again!

Large park with lots of space, great for a one-night stay, or longer to explore the area. Could be noisy if tent camping. Clean, pretty; trail along Rogue River, fishable in season. Convenient dump stations nearby (not all sites have functioning sewer hookup). As noted below, not a lot of privacy, but great place to pull in for the night.
Oregon state park campsites are going up $2 on 11/1/17 - does not apply to tent sites.

Convenient for a one night stay as just off the I-5 - this also means highway noise always present.
Good size level sites but little privacy. Campground clean and bathrooms in loop C were clean and well maintained.

This was a stop and go for us. We arrived in late afternoon and left the next day at the break of dawn (in transit to DL). The bathrooms were fine. The site was nice ( I picked a back lot away from the hwy). You can hear the Hwy, but with the proximity, go figure. It didn't bother us. The river was so refreshing after the drive. It is not a swimming river where we accessed it. I don't recommend parents letting young kids near it with out supervision. It is fast water and quick cold (early July melt water?). Apprearantly there is a better location for swimming near the boat ramp. We didn't assess that part though. Certainly worked nicely with a lawn chair dangling my feet.
