We love this campground, this is our second visit and the improvements are obvious. It鈥檚 always about the location and if you want to watch the sea lions and their pups play along the jetty rocks come in April/May. It鈥檚 just a three minute walk to the beach. The office/park staff could not be more accommodating and friendly. Bravo! You have earned five stars from us.

This was our first time at the RV park We enjoyed and walk on the beach and the view from our rig. We will definitely put it on the list of repeat campgrounds. The staff were friendly and the campground was very clean. It is easy to get in and out of and again tue view was great!

We stayed here Aug. 3-7, 2020. Came in with a reservation and thought we芒鈧劉d be on the airfield side, but ended up getting a spot in the newly converted 芒鈧渄ay use芒鈧劉 area with full hook ups. So glad for that, because we wouldn芒鈧劉t have liked the airfield side with little view. The beach was our back yard, so we didn芒鈧劉t mind the SMALL spots. They just graveled the parking spots, but it芒鈧劉s over sand, so we had to re-adjust after the first day to stay level. None of that mattered to us because the beach was right there with a great sunset view! The new hosts were awesome and kept the bathrooms and laundry clean. Wifi didn芒鈧劉t work, but we were trying to check out, so didn芒鈧劉t mind. Some long term campers, but all seemed to be at the back end and by the airfield. Nice little town with friendly people. Not very many campgrounds right at the beach up the Oregon coast, so the little things didn芒鈧劉t bother us

We stayed here while we were here for work up until a few days ago when we Thankfully were able to leave. It is a Filthy, dusty, windy parking lot style park and to my shock, there is not one sign or notice posted about Covid-19, no staff or guests wearing masks indoors or in large gatherings, children are unsupervised and allowed to run the entire property including other guest's sites, public use buildings, and roads, also unmasked and usually in groups screaming and raising hell. Everyone from staff to guests are socializing and taking no precautions what so ever. There are only 30 amp hookups and they pack it in bumper to bumper with no distancing, even if there is room to equally space. Plus the wifi doesn't work and cell reception is minimal at Best. Loose dogs often wandering or running about, people speeding in and out, a very dirty, dusty, unpleasant and Risky place to visit. We will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Was told we would have an ocean view. We were placed facing the airport and their construction garbage pile
WiFi did not work at our end. Cell phones did not work at our end
Office lady was friendly but did not resolve the WiFi issues.
Water was off most of one day.

Great location! Steps away from the mouth of the Rogue River where you can watch lots of fishermen trolling for Salmon and steps away from a beautiful uncrowned long black sand beach. The Park is nice and I crowded too. Bathrooms and showers are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. WiFi good. No cable TV. There is a small airport next door, but hardly ever a plane using it. Within a short walk of Jet Boat rides, restaurants and gift shops. I really enjoyed my stat here!

We spent 3 nights at Oceanside & really enjoyed it. The staff made no trouble in moving us away from our neighbors (whose dogs could not abide our using our site -- they barked at any movement). We really enjoyed access to the Ocean and just being able to hear and see it from our back door. We would come here again.

This is a very nice clean campground at the end of the spit and the bathrooms are super clean. The person who greets you to register is friendly. I highly recommend this place very few people seem to camp at it but maybe it's just due to lack of advertising I'm not sure because I didn't find anything to complain about.

I Could have rated this higher. I'm still unsure why but this park is like a ghost town. I thought it was too early or too cold but the other CG's in the immediate area were busier. By far. There is nothing negative to report. The spaces are decent sized. The showers and bath are very good. Clean. Neat. Walking distance right over the jetty to the ocean. You can see it from the trailer. But it's lonely. 88 spaces and prob 6 are occupied. Management is fine, no prob during check in except they offer no discounts and no cable TV. The wifi is good. They need an image makeover I think and they do need to water the grass. Pretty brown but when you're occupancy is so low it's prob not profitable to do that. Or offer cable.
