North Fork Siuslaw Campground is a dispersed site with 5 campsites. This used to be an OK campground, but now is more of a party spot for locals, and an apparent campsite for long-term (homeless?)campers. There are really only two decent sites, the others are small and not very usable. The bathroom is not well maintained. There is a lot of trash often left behind by careless campers, lots of traffic in and out at all hours (mostly locals), and in general the vibe of this "campground" is not what one would expect for "dispersed" camping. Definitely not worth the long drive to the campground, especially when it is usually full.
