Very large campground! There are sites for everyone's wishes. Staff is outstanding, clean bath houses!

Large, but very nice campground. There are quite a few full hookup sites. There is some shade, but not so much that it's dark and dreary. Great access to sand dunes and also walking trails to some beautiful lakes, which would be great for kayaking and fishing. Boat rentals are available on the weekends. Caution: this park opens to OHV from October to April, so I imagine it could be pretty noisy here during that time. We stayed in mid-September and it was very quiet. Bathrooms are clean and nice, although showers were on timers so after a minute, you had to push the button to restart the flow. Campsites and loop roads are large and easy to negotiate.

Fantastic place. Huge. Great access to the dunes for walkers, ATV, etc. All types of sites (full hookups, partial, tent & yurts). Friendly people & rangers. Jr ranger programs for the kids. Swimming area. We have stayed before and will again.
