Beware.
I checked in and left after 5 minutes. Dog poop everywhere.
No refunds. I should have known better.

No sewer service for overnighters. 芒鈧揊orget about the wifi芒鈧. No water hookup within 20yards. Electric box was broken. Basically paid $40 to park by the side of the road. Except that the park is filled with piles of ratty stuff that many of the residents litter the place with. Bathrooms borderline okay 芒鈧..

Creepy place! We made reservations and paid for the one night we planned on staying, as we were driving home after a two week camping trip. No paperwork on the door as stated in phone call, and after a half hour of explanation, her finding our information in their computer, we went to the site, which she claimed was to best site. Old run down place, mostly old trailers, old cars and a dirty bathroom, we left and got a nice hotel room. Wouldn芒鈧劉t recommend this place.

This a mostly long term resident park with some truly ancient RV's and not much is spent on maintenance and the train noise not easily ignored. Our Eugene friends eyes rolled when informed of our location, concerned for our safety but at no time did we feel unsafe. But given all that, where else can you park parallel to a languid river lined with mature trees and watch tubers floating downstream and enjoying an adult beverage. Even bugs were not a problem. Just wear blinders when entering/leaving. We stayed about a week in mid July during which time we met some very nice locals. It would get more stars 'cept for the train noise.

This is not a campground. It is a trashy OLD trailer park with some RV spots. The office lady was nice. Couldn't connect to WiFi so we watched TV by antenna, which worked great. Noisy residents out late (around 10:30pm and a little later) and the trains going by made things worse. This place would do well to be cleaned up of all the ancient mobile homes (they actually even have an RV age restriction here!). It could be a nice place as it's right on a river and we had nice green lawn right outside our door. I can't believe this is a Good Sam park. We won't be staying here again.

Staff is very nice. An old park with frequent train runs. Tracks are only about 100 yards from this poorly maintained RV park.
Surrounding neighborhood is poor & trashy. Pet run & river access appears dedicated to full time residents, we
could not find access and full time resident area is poorly maintained. We stayed one night in our travel trailer
but would not return even though location to downtown Eugene is convenient. WiFi was very slow to spotty & then
eventually went out. Local TV stations were well received via antenna. Did not even try the cable as we told it probably would not
work.
