This was a hidden gem! Wonderful friendly staff Pam and Garrett did an outstanding job! Our site was right along the Umpqua River and it was a spectacular view! The utilities all looked fairly new and the sites had grass next to the gravel RV area. Wineries, groceries and a latte stand up a block or two. Very quiet and peaceful here. Didn’t use the restrooms, so can’t speak to that. Surprisingly good cell services out here. Rates were very good! Would definitely return when passing through!

We stayed one night and it was very enjoyable. The Internet was great and our Verizon cell service was great. We would stay here anytime we came to this area.

Friendly management. Small park on the river with sites on the river bank. Sites are close together but can park RV and stir behind them and enjoy a spectacular river view. We stayed five days and had a great time. A very short walk gets you to restaurants and wineries. It looks like they’ve done a lot of recent improvements and have plans for even more improvements. There is a spotless bathroom and shower but it costs $0.25 for 8 seconds

So nice and peaceful. Right on the river beautiful views. Stayed one night wanted to stay longer but had elsewhere to be. Great location and things to do. Eatery up the street and three wine tastings within five miles. Friendly staff. Wifi was up to date and working great.

very nice quiet place, the view from our trailer was beautiful, and the sound of the river makes you want to lie down and sleep. Very nice people running the place, free movies , would be 5 stars but no cable tv. sorry.

1st RV experience and glad we showed up here. Learned a lot and everyone was friendly. Seated at the river, there's no traffic noise. Very clean and has a place for a 200 person get together stage/hall. We will return. Good rates.
