We moved in in Dec. 2016 on a long term basis. After 2 months of not being able to use the "free" WiFi we went to the manager to complain. Their "solution" was to raise the rent without proper notice to pay for the addition of more wifi speed. We still couldn't use it, but were now paying for something that was advertised as free and still couldn't use it. Went back to manager, he says to call the owner, so we did. He started yelling at us and said "I'm not putting another dime into that @#$%& WiFi!" and hung up on us. We paid our rent on March 1st. The next day owner shows up at our door with our rent check and yells "Get out!" and walks away. My boyfriend followed him to the office a few minutes later to ask why. The owner assaults him by shoving him off the porch to the office. We called 911 and sheriffs deputies came out and took a report. We then left a few days later and took our money elsewhere. I would NOT recommend this park to anyone!
