Great little park. Shady, grassy and situated well for exploring the John Day Fossil Beds area. Owners were friendly and accommodating. Showers are clean and private. Would return

Showed up without a reservation for the night. Host was very accommodating and put us on the lush grass with full hook ups. (There are gravel sites but they were full.) Shower was spacious and clean, private. Cafe next door for breakfast, lunch, ice cream. Post office across the street. Scenic small town… Horses, goats and chickens next door complete the western vibe. Good WiFi and water pressure. Very quiet. Would come back again!

A last minute stop and we were very pleased. Waking distance to cold beer and laundry facilities with a clean head to boot. I would call it a boutique RV PARK. Post Office a stones throw away too.

Quiet spot with gravel sites that are almost level. Lots of grass and trees. Close to fossil beds and Condon Paleontology Center. 35 miles from city of John Day. Clean bathrooms and large shower. They provide towels so you can wipe down the shower. Laundry room is ok. Owners are very nice and accommodating . Would stay again.

If you want to spend 35.00 a night just for electric, you go right ahead. I would never stay in this place again.

I agree with the other reviewers. Small, grassy, shaded. Large, clean restrooms and good WiFi signal. Owners were very accommodating. This is a little gem in a tiny ranch town in the heart of eastern Oregon, a perfect home base for exploring the fossil beds.

A lovely oasis. We have a 20’ trailer so could camp on the grass. The town has only 190 residents but has a great local store. Great location very nice owners. Bathrooms were closed due to COVID but we use our trailer so not a concern. N

Nice clean grass area for our Jeep top tent, near showers for $20. A little close to U.S. Hwy 26 for my taste or at least for tenting, lots of night traffic noise. Just stayed one night but would come again with ear plugs. Location is off a little on app just a little further Southeast on 26 than shown. When in the John Day area use this place you will be happy with your choice.

This is, indeed, a beautiful little spot. Family run and immaculately groomed. Just an overnight stay for us, but longer would be great. If you are disappointed with this little gem you probably should just stay home.
