Quiet, but a bit busier than I would expect of a campground fairly far off beaten track. Stayed here on a weeknight in July—plenty of open campsites , but sites are also reservable on recreation.gov. Potable Water here, but spigot is not threaded.

This campground is not on the lake but is on Odell Creek that feeds Davis Lake. Odell Creek is a beautiful creek and many of the sites are right next to the creek. The creek is a beautiful fly fishery with many pools holding fish. The campground has many pull through sites with the sites away from the creek on the backside of the campground getting little to no use. Many of these sites were weedy and not kept up. Bathrooms were clean. The roads to the campground and in it are gravel. You cannot access the lake from this campground.
