Made reservations with less than 24 hours. Was excited to go. Travel day proved a problem with high winds where we were and a flat tire. Called to cancel and could not get any type of refund. Cited it was because I did it provide more than 24 hours notice. Hard to do when you just made the reservation the day before. Unfair.

The RV section shows promise, but is still under construction in late Sept. 2023, with level but rough volcanic rubble surfacing roads and sites. Sites are well spaced. Full hookup utilities are new and fine, but beware the row of odd numbered sites if your RV has a low sewer outlet, such as our Airstream , as the sewer inlets are too high. Perhaps the sites are awaiting additional fill with more foot friendly gravel. IMHO the RV section was opened prematurely, but I guess the income was needed. The hot soaking pool is very large and excellent. The private soaks are cowboy tubs in claustrophobic rooms (closets) with no ventilation - not a good design. This place may well be five stars when complete.

I rated this 3 stars only because the new section of RV sites is not complete. The hot springs and tub are great and worth the stop. The new section is still under construction and a little rough, doable otherwise you would have to boondock. It was $50, water pressure 70 psi, electric 119 volts, 30 and 50 amp. I had no problem with bugs. Of course I was basically in a gravel pit. You can see the Milky Way at night.

What a surprise to find this park in the desolate area of Southern Oregon. We were traveling thru and read about this RV park on Allstays. The staff was friendly and the park was well maintained. While we were there you could see the owners were making more improvements. Since it was short notice, the sites with electricity were not available. Therefore we boondocked for $35.00 per night which included a picnic table and access to the hot springs. The temperature of the big pool was great and the 芒鈧揕obster Tub芒鈧 was fantastic. The restrooms & showers were clean. We have a 40芒鈧劉 coach and pulling a toad. The sites with picnic tables were very short, so we disconnected our toad. We felt the sites were too close to each other. No trees. We will plan ahead and stay there again.

This is a great hot springs trip and worth a detour of you are traveling through oregon. The springs are recently renovated as well as the facilities. Most of the campsites sit on a ridge for great views of the valley. I will say that the mosquitoes are crazy out there so be prepared! We had spot 7- which is back in. Plenty of room for the 24' and our truck. We paid $50/night for full hook ups.

We芒鈧劉ve stayed in their RV spots twice now (water and electric) level, no shade, no picnic table at site. The staff are awesome, friendly and easy to work with. The hot springs are clean, well maintained and the large gravel lined pond allows you plenty of room and the ability to find the perfect temperature (100-102F). Can be windy in the afternoon. Hot springs open 24/7. Reservations online recommended as they do fill up, especially on weekends. Also have tent sites, rooms and teepees for rent.

We dry camped in the grassy area, and were warmly greeted by office staff. Hot pool (100) included in price ($30) and private tubs available for $15/hr. Quiet comfortable place to relax after a long day driving.

What a gem in the middle of nowhere. 30 amp service with pull
thrus. Limited sites. Recommend reservations. Host very pleasant and
gives a walk thru of the facility. Bring your bathing suit and you'll
spend a couple of days. Stayed in a 40' motorhome, towing a car.

Nice park for an over night stop. The electric sites are basically a parking lot (gravel) very close together. The hot springs are a welcome sight after a long days drive. To my surprise this place was very crowded. Staff was friendly and helpful.

What a great hot spring! It's a large pond of nice, warm to hot water, deep enough in the middle to not be able to touch. Our site, without hookups, was $25. Any size rig can fit in here, and our site, 5, seemed lumpy but was perfectly level! The person running it while we were there (just one night), Coleen, was vey helpful and friendly. Great staff here. There are bathrooms and showers that looked clean, but I never used. There's a nice, cozy lounge with free coffee. Highly recommend a day or two here!
