Upon calling the park, their answering device indicates the park has been converted to long term rentals only.

Park looks a bit run down. Sites are very close together but people seem quiet. Sites are asphalt and most seem pretty level but some have places that have sunk which can makes leveling tricky. Some sites have great shade. Others full sun. Laundry is nice. Two washers and two dryers. The two bathrooms accommodate only one person at a time. There is one toilet and one shower in each. The park seems divided with one part being full-timers and the other for travelers. This park is in the city with busy streets, some fast food places and some restaurants very close by. A port in a storm place. Staff very nice and very accommodating. The worst WiFi we have encountered.

So thankful for the nice, friendly woman at the counter only place we could find in Bend to dump and get water for only $15. Great service.

Late planned trip so I knew this wouldn't be ideal as far as location. Some sites were large and spacious, it seems these were for full timers or if you were staying longer than 2 days. Our site was 30 ft from a Wendy's parking lot. Some shady people hanging around later in the evening. Office employees were very protective of code for shower and bathrooms even going as far to say as don't dispose of code in trash bins nearby. We had more than one occasion of people from parking lot going behind the bathrooms to urinate which was in view from many of the trailers. On the positive side, the bathrooms were clean and the shower area was large and clean. Overall the park was clean and well kept, the location was its downfall. Owners/employees were very nice.

Was a bit hesitant seeing some not-so-favorable reviews, however we thought it was great. Clean, grass & tree filled lots. Friendly staff. The only reason it’s not 5-star is that there is some traffic noise but it’s not terrible. I would call it White Noise that you eventually don’t notice. We would definitely stay again.

Staff were helpful and friendly during the 1 night stay. Did not use facilities so cannot comment. Agree with others that it appears most of park are full time residents in small, somewhat older trailers.

Quiet spot, easy after hours check in. Bathrooms/showers were not cleaned while we were there for two days. Toilet paper ran out on the first day we were there, and was not replaced by the time we left. So obviously they don’t clean the restrooms often. Also the bathrooms close from 10 pm-6 am, we don’t have a toilet in our travel trailer so we had to drive to the store to use the restroom in the night if we needed it. It was an okay stay overall, the location was very convenient and the site was quiet but for what they’re charging and the lack of attention to the bathrooms I would try to find another place to stay before staying there again.

Only 2bathroom/shower combos for the entire place. Very inefficient space management. Also right up against a fast food restaurant parking lot so not real secure. Great location though

Friendly staff. Was able to get me in a spot on a short notice.
Looks and feels more like a crowded full timer RV Park. It will be fine for a quick overnight while passing thru but would not be staying here if I was staying longer than that.

Really nice RV park, but not for overnighters.
