This is actually a lovely campground, right on a reservoir with lots of trees and full hookups. The problem is that the owners are VERY GRUMPY! There are two women and one much older guy and they are unbelievably unpleasant. When you try to make conversation, even minimal conversation, you get grunts or one word answers at best. They are rigid and it feels like they have spend way too many years dealing with the public and are just DONE. I hope they will turn this over to someone who actually enjoys dealing with the public. Instead of staying here, after a very rude interaction, we moved to another private resort within 5 miles where the people were smiling and friendly and completely welcoming. Sheeesh, these people need to sell this place!

nice location and lots. however beware of the wifi. it shows internet, but they don't tell you it's only at the office location. they have zero seating room in the store, but do have a porch, but at 45 to 50 degrees that wasn't going to happen. one hour after checking in we found out the wifi situation so we went to the office to say we'd stay for one night but would like to have a refund for the two days. we paid cash for 3 day / $90.
Doug the worker who was very nice told me to talk to the owners in the am, as they do not like to give refunds. so, off to the office i went in the morning to discuss the issue and was met by perhaps the most unhappy/sour couple on the pacific rim. to keep this short i got my money back but it was not easy. this couple should not own a business where you have to deal with the public, with perhaps the exception of a septic clean out company. doug the manager is the best and should be the owner.
