Too many permanent campers. Campfire ring TOO DANG close as there is NO area to just chill wo being up on neighbors. The smoke from rings on neighbors comes directly into your RV. NO Privacy! Small sites for big rigs. Hookup septic far,out of way so bring extra. Staff not really friendly, only business-like attitude. NOT family atmosphere for our of town visitors but a local place for locals. Not great even wise, but you are parking on rocks and not dirt. Far off highway. yes, they do have internet BUT they charge you for it at daily rate. High Pricing for no frills. NOT a place I would recommend or come back to.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Lake was a lot of fun for the kids and they also loved the game room! The only complaint I had was some of the sites were a little close but we made the most of it and ended up chatting with our neighbors. We were a little worried about starting a campfire. Loved the hiking trail in the back and the kids bought several slushees in the office/store. Lol :) Wish the campers didn芒鈧劉t throw so much trash all over the beach but the employees did a good job of 芒鈧搕rying芒鈧 to clean it up (as did I) there were plenty of trash cans all over the park, not sure why people are so lazy! We will definitely be coming back, the kiddos loved it!

I strayed in the lower loop. Wooded. Space above average. The sites up hill very tightly together. After rain A LOT of mud and water puddles. Several playgrounds. Very nice pond and beachfront. Mostly seasonal but kept very nice and clean. Well over 100 sites with only 3 washers and dryers. Machine old take only quarter. Dryers on other side of room and no little wagon to move laundry. Big game room. Office and workers very nice.

This park is a beautiful oasis! We stayed here from April till July 4th. The owners are the absolute sweetest people we have ever met. There are a lot of seasonal campers, but they keep their spots nicely maintained with flowers and decks. The park has a great game room and lake for swimming. In the summer they put out a huge inflatable on the lake for kids to play on. There is a nice hiking trail in the back of the park. You pay for your own internet - which is great. You have a great signal and you only pay for the days you use it. We don芒鈧劉t watch cable - but we do stream movies online and were able to do that no problem. To be fair - the water is terrible. Probably the worst we芒鈧劉ve ever encountered. But for a short stay it芒鈧劉s no problem and for longer stays like us - we just purchased a water softener and it fixed that issue. The park is fastidiously maintained and well taken care of - you can tell Mike and Bob love what they do and put their heart and soul into the place. We seriously cried when we had to leave!

I want to be very fair with this review. The campground staff/owners were wonderful and went out of their way to accommodate our needs when we arrived. The campground has a fantastic swimming lake with lots of play equipment for kids. HOWEVER, the it only has a few sites at the upper level which are available to over-nighters and they are ridiculously close together. We could not put out our awnings or it would have hit our neighbor. The rest of the campground is down several hills which lend to flooding very badly. The campground is predominately permanent residents. We even saw personal swing sets next to RVs. Sorry, but we would not stay here again.

This place is a ghetto. RVs are stuffed side by by side with 10 feet between. Hopefully my neighbors will not use their tiny, rusty fire rings...my windows would get singed. Plus there are tents and cars parked everywhere amongst the RVs. The water is not good.

Overall a decent campground. Sites are nice, we had one with a nice wooden patio. Firepits at each site. Several playgrounds around for the kids. And a game room. Lake with a swimming area. People running and working the campground are nice. Seem to have several events on the weekends to keep you entertained. The interior roads are gravel or rock and very bumpy. Some areas get very wet when it rains. We were down in a lower section and it was very quiet. Mostly seasonal in that area. There is no cable, but we picked up about 27 channels on our antenna, not great channels though. Wifi is through a private provider i thought their rates were expensive. We had a monthly camping rate that was a good value. I think the nightly rate is a little expensive for this park. However not a lot of camping options in this area. The park is on well water and there was A LOT of iron in the water.

Pretty setting on swimming and fishing lake. Lots of families and seasonal (semi-permanent) campers. Weekend/holiday activities scheduled. Spacious sites on gravel with grassy area, fire pit and picnic table.

Very good campground - the owners (Pam, Bob & Mike) are on-site and involved - very personable. Ready to assist with any problems.

Has nice swimming / fishing lake, game room, etc. which we did not use much.

Sites close to the lake have limited shade and are typical of RV campgrounds with units angled in side-by-side with reasonable space between. Further back, there are wonderful, wooded sites with lots of space and privacy. Many of these are occupied by full-season campers (like we were).

If I were planning to spend another season in northern Ohio, Woodside Lake would be my choice.

This campground is a joke! After shelling out over $1400 of our hard earned money these people moved our camper from our site, sold our site to someone else, accused us of not watching our children, accused us of dumping black water down the grey water line. After a year of hell with these people they told us we needed to pay them $400 more or they wouldn't give us our camper back. He pulled it up to the front of the park, took his tractor and piled TONS of snow in front of it preventing me from pulling it out. Had to go buy a $20 snow shovel and take turns with my girlfriend shoveling it out. He got in my cubby and stole my jack handle, my Reese load leveling hitch, admitted he was in my camper without my permission. This campground is full of weird, backstabbing people. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They have no gratitude for the money they received. I've never seen such a horrible abortion of a campground. It was a year of my life and a [bad] load of money wasted. I had to call the Streetsboro police department to get this guy to release my camper back to me.
