The was an extremely pleasant spot with touches of TLC spread around the place. A fun staff checked us in and really cared about making this place run smoothly. We were baffled at how there could be poor reviews. It was clean and great.

Not a fan of this run down KOA. Unfortunately there鈥檚 nowhere else to stay in the area when visiting family. One staff member tells you to park in a certain spot and the bearded male enforcer threatens to call the manager if you don鈥檛 follow his rules. The rules aren鈥檛 enforced for everyone. Parking is a huge problem with tight and uneven sites. Shame on KOA for this substandard campground because I鈥檝e stayed at nice ones elsewhere.

Nice campground, very nice staff. We were originally assigned a backin W/E site and lead to it by an employee. The site had lots of standing water and the tight backing would have meant damaging the lawn. The guide went back to the office to find another site for us. We were then assigned a very nice pull through site with good separation. Most sites appear to be level. The utilities worked as expected. We didn鈥檛 use the restrooms or showers but they were clean and appeared to be in good order. The CG was reasonably close to Cuyahoga NP. We would stay here again if in the area.

Nice area. Pretty. Lake is look only but still a body of water makes me feel better. Bathrooms are good but dirty from people dragging dirt in with their feet. Think a pool bathroom. Abiut as clean as that. So not too bad and reasonable. Friendly staff. Worst this place did to me was put me on a huge incline. They just added stones to the side of a hill and called it a spot. And the stones aren鈥檛 even even. I did see other better spots but I was ony here for a night so it was fine. It鈥檚 a nice place to stay and close to shops. Just make sure you got enough leveler things.

Stayed for 5 days. Pretty grounds with 3 ponds and a swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Showers cleaned daily and activities for kids on weekend. A hidden gem. Reasonable pricing and good value. The internet could have been better but cell service was decent so no matter.

This is a beautiful campground that has everything you want and more. Green lawns, big trees, a forested hilltop, lakes, playground, a picnic shelter with big barbecue grills, good hookups. They really did Halloween up great with many inflatable monsters and two big containers of pumpkins for communal carving. The only downside was that our site wasn芒鈧劉t level, but we were the last ones in on a busy weekend and got last choice. Even when full it is not crowded - sites are spread out under the trees and across the lawns, with space between and around them. A real Park and lovely to visit.

We were just passing through on a Saturday night and this area of Ohio has limited choices. The campground was quiet so we slept well. Other than that, not much to recommend this campground. Staff we encountered were all inexperienced teenagers. Check in was slow. No WiFi and WiFi access was one of the reasons we paid the steep $67 for the night. Staff made no attempts to remedy this and suggested we restart our phones while my iPhone was telling me that the WiFi router needed to be reset. From reading other reviews it appears lack of WiFi is an ongoing problem. Our site and many others were grass rather than gravel pads and muddy. For the money, we expect better.

Friendly enough KOA-uniformed staff upon check-in, with appealing entrance driveway to office registration. Recently installed new sewer connection as well as electric. Quiet at night (unlike KOA芒鈧劉s main business model of having their campgrounds near main highways, this one isn芒鈧劉t. End of the good stuff. Two stars reason (not in any order): extremely low gate entry pad making it very difficult to reach in a 芒鈧渞egular芒鈧劉 car let alone a truck or motorhome; very (underline 芒鈧渧ery芒鈧劉) narrow unpaved, uneven roads leading to our site (or any other sites); extremely uneven sites making it quite the task to level; we had a long pull through but very narrow width - at this time of year (May) to step on anything but long muddy grass. We芒鈧劉ve experienced anyone of the above at other campgrounds芒鈧 but was irks is the $57/night (with my KOA member 10%)... way off the chart.

New owners. Nice mix of seasonal and day campers. Staff responsive and friendly. Our site #201 was very difficult to level. We needed an extra step stool to access the steps on the camper. We would stay there again

Stayed here last year. Sent several emails and called several times to try to get a site for a couple months this summer. Emails never returned and was told both times on phone calls someone would get back to me shortly. No one ever did. I guess they are not interested in my business.
