A simple park on the banks of the Muskingham river. Has a large pavilion they rent out often. I didn't use the bath house but it was small from the outside.
Owner has a day job so if you call, she won't return your call until after 5.
I'd say many/most sites are seasons. They seem to always have space so when you call it's usually, "sure, come on in."
Nothing fancy but comfortable and Marietta is a wonderful, historic food friendly town.
